Omg! Finally someone on here whose hair looks similar to mines! Your hair came out so pretty! ❤ My hair is severely heat damaged and I’m thinking about cutting some inches off and starting back over. Do you wear your hair in other styles or mainly silk presses and how often do you restyle it?
hi!! 🤍 ty! I only silk press! When my hair was much shorter (I did a mini chop after the damage and had chin length hair 😩) I was forced to do it every 7 days. But now that it’s gotten longer I can go 7-10 days. Transitioning is rough at first but it can def be done and it’s oddly satisfying watching the damaged hair grow out. 😂
Your hair is gorgeous. I'm a straight natural and I absolutely love it. I wear my hair straight all of the time so I don't mind having straight ends. My hair is thriving.
thank youuuu! 🤍 I love being a straight natural too! straight ends aren’t the worst but I’m OCD so I need to see them go eventually lol. thank u for watching 🤍
Your hair doesn’t look heat damaged at all. It looks heat trained. I think you have a beautiful head of hair. It’s so healthy and bouncy. That’s how I like my hair with lots of movement
my hair looked just like yours after a silk press and I panicked. I thought it was damaged as well. long story short, was very close to cutting it all off when I my husband convinced me to go back to the stylist to assess the situation. She gave me a deep moisture treatment and my hair reverted right back. sometimes your hair needs moisture after a silk press and not repairing treatments.
Honestly your hair does 🎉not look as bad as what you think! Please ladies treat and repair don’t listen to social media that want you to buy all sorts of products they are commissioned to sell ..Many many un western cultures have long healthy hair and our grandparents great grandparents did too my hair was long growing up as a teen, until I took control … and still in my 50t’s grows fast even though I relax 2/3 times per year and I am grey ; I do use kerra care olaplex Philip Kingsley and morrocan oil products on my hair once or twice a week and luv Dyson electrical … We are worth everything we need to feel clean healthy and beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
It came out so pretty ❤ I started my heat training journey last week and it’s been going well. Hair is so much more manageable. Anyways nice video and cool tip with the hairspray. I liked and subscribed 💕
Aww 🥹 it’s my pleasure! The aphogee system is pretty cheap and lasts forever but if you don’t want to buy the big bottles, Sally has the single use packets for a few bucks! Either way it’s well worth it + makes such a difference if you don’t want to big chop. 🤍
I press my hair in February of this year and I been natural for 3year now. I just put a sim permanent hair color last week I am still working on how to do the press. So now I am just useing clip in
thank youuuu! 🤍 oh it’s there 😂 I flat iron at about 360! I have one of those dial flat irons not the digital so I can’t tell you EXACT but it’s about 360!
