I can do as little as 5 days if i need my hair done she something but 10-14 days is ideal but it’s usually weekly. I have to pre poo with oil and deep condition every time and use deep conditioner AND conditioner everytime. I also pretty much exclusively rollerset my hair. It’s possible! My hair stays done. I love this hair era.

im normal thickness but sooooo dense and it takes forever
