Question: what is the difference between 'warerfall' project management and any published PM method? Answer: ONLY the use of a waterfall life-cycle. The rest is the same. A life-cycle is NOT a methodology there there cannot be anything called waterfall project management. Almost nothing in this presentation is correct. There is nothing in any PM metthod that says you can vary repeat part of a life-cycle if something goes wrong. Any project professional knows this.
