I found your channel through Chris, but you are a very smooth operator and easy to watch and listen to. Please keep the behind the scenes action coming!
Love seeing it. Same type of content as Letsdig18 and DirtPerfect, a couple of my favorite channels. Glad I found yours. Fun to watch. Have a wonderful day!
That looks like some beautiful topsoil. That's going to come in handy at the end of this massive pond restoration. I'm sure Chris appreciates you stripping all that off and stockpiling it. Did Chris realize he would be getting all this "owner participation" when he signed onto this job? Just kidding. As much as Chris prefers to do most of his work alone, I'm sure having another pro operator involved is a blessing. Keep up with the videos. Getting both perspectives on the project is very enjoyable.
Got recommended your vids from LetsDig18 & great to see you so excited about your pond getting repaired & sorted & getting stuck in yourself. One thing though, you really need to sort your microphone out the audio is really difficult to hear clearly. But I been watching both Chris & your videos & some progress really getting made now 😉
I guess it would take a lot of luck to find a good engine for your big excavator at a decent price! Chris was talking about it in his video and a new engine would be over 100k , lots of bucks for it! 😯😯😯🤦🏼🤦🏼. That big machine would be a beast if it were operational!
@@BrushCommandoYou should check with Bruce Wilson. He may be able to locate you one. He’s got like a truck salvage thing going on, but I know he has scania, and is in to them. Not sure what size engine that 520 would be but I think it would be about the size of those truck engines. Some of them Scania trucks are like 800hp.
@@eddyedwards thanks. You aren’t the first person to mention him and it is worth a shot. However, I believe the only way he is able to get Scania trucks and engines is because he files a “racing” exemption or they are more than 25 years old. As far as my interests go, I can watch dirt moving all day long as long as there is some level of narrative going on with it (or Timelapse with music). It can be big picture discussion describing the end game goals on your project or details on what and why you are doing something specific (even tips). Not requesting nonstop talking but also I don’t prefer endless silence. For insight, listen to LD18 or DP for good examples. FYI - Your mic arrangement needs an upgrade …I’m no expert (or audiophile) but when I cannot understand what you’re saying, or alternately, volume is too low and adjusting my end isn’t enough, its not good. Use voiceover if you have to ….in order to address long stretches of high noise or bad mic.
