It's way too overrated. If you're at a desk with a softbox, it's 90, if you're shooting a product, it's 70, if you're standing, it's 120, if you're taller, it's 150 cm, it's enough. In other words, this girl would have been perfectly illuminated with 2 gridded 120 cm softboxes and ambient lights like cl10 in the back.
