Making a Spiral Bevel Gear

- Опубликовано: 20 сен 2024
- Spiral bevel gears are a type of gear that features a spiral cut tooth shape, which allows for smoother and quieter operation compared to traditional straight-cut gears. They are commonly used in applications where high speed and low noise are required, such as in:
- Automotive differentials
- Aerospace applications
- Industrial power transmission systems
- Robotics
Spiral bevel gears have several advantages, including:
- Increased tooth contact ratio, which reduces noise and vibration
- Improved efficiency and reduced friction
- Ability to handle high speeds and loads
- Compact design, making them ideal for applications where space is limited.

Saludos cordiales desde Caracas Venezuela 🇻🇪 yo también soy profesor de máquinas herramientas, éxitos en sus clases. De dónde eres y das clases en universidad o instituto Tecnológico, gracias.
Nice work!👍
Amazing Work Sir ❤❤❤
Desde Caracas Venezuela 🇻🇪 mis saludos y máximo respeto, éxitos. 👍🤝
Thanks
Clever way to make the part...repeatedly too !!!
Fantastic Sir ❤
Is all the info on this setup in the "Machinery's Handbook"?
May be
Wow amazing work
Supurb Sir❤❤
man this is soo satisfying
Amazing !
Very nice job ma Sha Allah
Good job❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Awesome :)
nice👍
I can't understand a single word.
Plzzz write in English
@@Gearmaniapk sorry, I don't know English... You can translate, I think...
@@Gearmaniapk This is the translated English version from @user-xt4it3km6g comment:
Translation:
"It is impossible to cut a bevel wheel as correctly with a spiral tooth as with a straight one!
The module of the teeth is different outside and inside the cone... And where is the rolling movement, as with the normal method? Only outwardly it will be similar, but there will be no correct engagement and contact patch."
End of translation.
It seems like what he said makes sense.
Sweet
Are the design tolerances on this bevel gear measured in centimeters?
No it is in millimeters.

super clever work on a shitty manual machine that is obviously working extremely well👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks
