    Feeling my body after losing some weight I can feel my bones and it’s beautiful lol so many small things we take for granted.
    And so many things u mentioned I have gone through the exact same things ! even losing the small weight I have lost

    I remember all of these things you mentioned when I lost over 50 lbs several years ago. I remember going into any store and always finding things that looked cute on me. I remember being a size 4-0 depending on brand. I remember the collar bones, hip bones, dimples in my lower back. I remember seeking out my reflection in store windows. I also remember being so incredibly vain, and so incredibly fearful of gaining it back. I remember being so rude to my family because I refused to even have a small slice of cake my grandmother made from scratch. So yes, being thin was amazing, but my goal now is to get to a healthy BMI, the slow and steady way, and to not become too restrictive or obsessive. I am in no way saying you were restrictive or obsessive. I like the way you lost weight, and that's what I am aiming for. But,if my body doesnt want to be skinny without me severely restricting or doing anything I couldn't keep up with, then I would rather keep a few pounds on and live my life. Your videos really inspire me :)

      @jackiechann9291 3 года назад +3

      Yes sometimes I catch myself being too restrictive or everytime I eat something “bad” I feel bad about it or like I’m gonna gain weight from it 😭 I’m glad I’m not alone

      I totally understand. It’s a huge life change and it takes a lot of time getting use to! I have struggled with body dysmorphia at times and I guess kinda forget I’ve lost weight and when I think of myself I “see” my older body type instead of my newly thinner body type! So I totally understand! I’m working through just reminding myself I am where I am and that’s exactly where I need to be with my body at the moment! ❤️

    This is the first time I've heard someone talk about that back butt/ butt back! 👏 I KNOW what you're talking about! Thank you for talking about these TMI topics. ⚘🤝💖

    I love how positive this was! I see so many videos about the dark side of losing weight “losing friends, loose skin, body dysmorphia, etc.” It’s nice to hear a mostly positive experience! This was very encouraging

    After losing 30 lbs, mine has been being able to comfortably cross my legs and bring my knees to me chest. My face is slimmer and less red. Clothes fit a lot better too, that's a bonus.

    The collarbone is the first thing I noticed that freaked me out, lol. Like I can put my hand most of the way round, its freaky and weird. And the back and butt not being seperated.. so true. My nurse injected my "butt" and all I could think of is " you know that's my back right?"
    Annoyingly, my bra size has also reduced, gone from a 44E to a 38DD, but I'm noticing my bust is lower, and still shrinking 😭 I'm down to 250lbs from 380lbs, and still have so far to go. I'm aiming for 200lbs. As I'm working out too.

    i know this video is old but i’ve been overweight since i was a kid. I got put on antidepressants at 13, they made me go from 160 to 200 in less than a couple months. and that’s traumatizing as a young kid, ya know? 4 years ago i went on keto and went from 270 to 185. i felt amazing. especially only being 23 i felt so old. But sadly i got pregnant and relapsed in my binge eating for 2 whole years. got even higher than my original highest weight. a month ago i was 295 and now i’m down to 275 and i have so much motivation. ANYWAYS LOVE YOU

    I need to get back on track. I lost 40, people started calling me skinny, I fell off (getting back on track now) and gained half back. People are so rude, especially at work. They call me fat and compare me to another fat person. They touch my rolls and say 'whats this?'. They say something about weight and they look at me. I have only told one person about how I feel about my weightless journey so I know its them going around. So when they compared me to this other fat person they asked me, if im mad or sad? LIKE WTF. Then There was a discussion about health and something about people preferring diabetes over cancer and one of them looks at me and asks do I have both???? LIKE WOW I AM LITERALLY DOING MY WORK AND PEOPLE JUST COME FOR ME FOR NO REASON. WHY? I literally hate myself already and ofc I try not to show emotions about what the fuck they say but its so hard when im already a hard critic about myself, and people are just adding onto it for no reason. Unprovoked. like bruh I hate you all.

      some people project their insecurities onto others. remember that the next time you feel you're about to take their words to heart. we can only let peoples' words affect us so much when they do not take the time or the interest to know why things are the way they are with us. 🙂

    All the truth, I can relate. I’ve lost half my size and kept it off for almost 4 years. Recently I’ve gained some back. I’m trying to do my best to lose the weight I’ve gained back, I’m sad that I’ve gained some back.

    Curious about the psychological side, did you notice people acting differently around you as well? I am about to start my journey this year. :) I wondered if people started treating ya differently after ya lost the weight. As being a big person, I've often been teased and struggled in areas like dating. Wondered if that improved. :) Congrats on your weight loss btw! :)

      Hey! Thanks for watching! Actually yes, I’ve noticed people do treat me differently but I feel like it has to do with me being more confident so then I’m easier to approach if that makes sense.. hope you are doing well and good luck on your journey!! 😊

    • @nicoleraheem1195

      They definitely do that you differently.
      I think there is a TIKTOK video compilation about it.
      Some girls stated how they couldn't take the extra attention and develop anxiety or something, because they were used to being ignored.

    • @iwannabeacow6853
      @iwannabeacow6853 3 года назад +7

      If you were born with hyperpigmentation then it won't go away with weight loss. If your hyperpigmentation only appeared once you gained weight then it will go away once you lose weight

      I’m not exactly sure, I have found that once eating healthier food (mostly adding more vegetables into my diet) I’ve found I have less acne and less oily skin! ☺️
