Easily my favourite team in the sport. If western Canada ever gets a World Cup, I’d be thrilled to volunteer.
There's rumours about trying to get a stop in Whistler around Crankworx in a few years. They are building the 1199 track (tribute to Stevie Smith, # of pts he had when he won overall in 2013) into Creekside, when it's done I would think they'd do a few DH test events for Crankworx and BC Cup/Nationals and then hopefully a World Cup... normally one would think Whistler doesn't need to spend the money/resources for a WCDH, they are already busy, but if the entire event can take place in Creekside it will draw a lot of attention and business to what is normally a slow area in the summer. Really hope it happens but just rumours now!
