Yes co wrote with Adele and added in the key change near the end for her as they were writing it. I've always been amazed at Bruno but when I heard him sing this, it blew my mind, especially that key change! One of the best covers I've heard in the last few years and I watch a lot! Haha

Actually, when Adele talks about this song, she says that it is easier for Bruno to seeing in this high key then it is for her. She has a very dark and low voice, kind of a little mad so. Bruno can sing to the stratosphere, even though he has a lot of strain intention because he's not trained, he does have a naturally high voice.

@@peterashraf2717 no. The song gets modulated towards the end in Bruno’s version, hence he does sing it a bit higher
@@alexsoto9285 that (singing a few high notes in the end) doesn't make him sing it higher....as long as it's in the same key.
However, he can even sing in D5 which is a whole three notes higher than this song. He is definitely the best male singer.
@@peterashraf2717 modulating means changing key. The song literally goes half a step higher meaning all his notes are half a step higher after the bridge is hit, so I don’t get your reasoning. The reason he’s even able to fit d5s in is because it was modulated. Hitting d5s in the original key towards the end would make it sound off. But yeah he’s definitely the best male singer
Bruno Mars is one talented guy who sounds almost identical live as his studio recordings. Was shocked to find out he had sold 130+ million albums.

I'm 70 & thought I was past the time where I'd get another "crush" or favorite of all time singer but alongs comes Bruno!!! BAM< fell in Love with him & almost everything he does. Love his earlier work better, but he IS the Man!!!!!!! (I mean my sister thinks I'm crazy) He's just SO good!
All of Hawai'i is so proud of Bruno. I actually teach at the middle school Bruno (Peter Hernandez) attended in Honolulu.... He also went to the high school right across the street from my campus...
He wrote it along with Adele. I like his version better. Like Adeles but Bruno is a really good vocalist

Bruno has incredible range and great vocal ability he wrote the song he sings it in that key. Adele even had trouble with the keys. He wrote the song extra high in his own key. He sings that high and powerful in concert as well and he did it night after night just as powerful.
