Levan is the highest barometer of arm wrestling. He's both technical and strong. It's not about length of arm, or body height. It's about BMI per height. If you can eat enough, train enough to achieve his BMI, you have a shot. Levan puts alll his gains into the arm wrestling specifics.
It's about blasting every single pancake you can get your hands on. No one is gonna beat Levan without blasting comparable pancakes, he's not only super genetically gifted, but he's ALSO sacrificing his health to be at the top...
