This is info for KMM ya, for other colleges I think there may be different regulations. You will have a guideline on clothing when u enter matriks so it's better that you check that. But I will answer based on what I know first. Formal wear for class: baju kurung, OR baju kemeja + long black skirt (till ankle) Casual wear: any clothes as long as ur pants length is until your ankle. Hope that helps!

If the rules are the same, no we cannot wear slacks. Only baju kurung/formal shirt + long skirt until ankle length is allowed. Yes u can bring ur guitar. Yes ur parents can send u to hostel dorm.
No we can't bring hairdryer according to the rules la (but some ppl just bring jer, and hide it during spotcheck SHHHH) and yes, we will be able to buy sanitary pads there. I covered the barang larangan in my part 2 vid of everything u needa know before entering matriks, can go check thaf out and skip to the dorm part:)
