Just experienced being silently let go by someone I thought was the best person I had ever met. Wow that was painful. No warning. Things were so great, I guess at least for me, and poof...gone. Ghosted. It's taking some time to heal, I'm trying hard. This was a lesson for sure, I never experienced someone do this to me for no known reason. Very painful.

Same thing happened to me ..built him up he had nothing. Got him a truck, helped him with his job build credit for our future and he left me. He left me to go party and hangout to be with friends to be himself as he say. Im so hurt i put so much in the relationship im just broken.

1) Don't torment youself over your past mistakes. We're humans. It's happened, it's over. Stand tall and be free of it!
If someone wronged you, forgive him/her but don't burden yourself with pain, regret or anger for their mistakes. You have a wonderful life so where's the time to carry every experience like a wound?! LET GO!!
2) It's just a piece of the puzzle: the big picture. Now you think of it as a mess. But 2 years from now, you'll finally get to look at the bigger picture and thank god that it happened for good. It's all a chain. Even the painful events lead up to the best days!!

- Go through the emotions, feel it, and let it go.
- Take the stepping stone to improve yourself - that includes your mental health.
- Pretend that person that hurt you as nonexistent - make no contact and stay away from social media.
- Go outside and walk for some fresh air.
- If it's time, meet some new friends - through a local community center, an event that correlates to what you believe in (whatever that may be), etc.

I'm sorry but for me. I have to hurt them in exchange. People say afterwards you feel bad or its not good. That doesn't apply to everyone. Because I've never regret my decision and felt good always. Plus after I've gotten the relief from the revenge then I forget about whoever has wrong me, and continue forward.

I was DEEPLY hurt by a romantic breakup. It took me years to finally get to a point where I did not feel so much intense emotional pain. Some people seem to rebound rather quickly from hurts, but some of us, like me, do not. If you are able to do that, then good for you! We are all different. I even sought therapy for a time, but it wasn't effective for me. I heard a lot of the same messages that your clip encourages. I've come to accept my new normal, and I have made progress in moving on with my life; however, I will never forget. Unfortunately, I'm not able to DELETE the memories. They still replay from time to time.

2 weeks ago i got released from a 2 week treatment program. While I was in there getting treatment for my mental health, i was introduced to this channel. For the longest time I blamed everyone around me. I blamed my abusers and anyone who was apart of my trauma. I was miserable. Always negative. Since I went to treatment I had my eyes opened. I had to let it all go. I had to heal. I had to forgive them and take responsibility for my life now. I was tired of the same old cycle. Now I wake up and watch one of these videos every morning. I do positive affirmations. I don't dwell on the negative anymore. I feel so free now. So happy. So grateful. I love this channel. And this video really hits home. Hits home hard. 💜

Thanks. my ex wife kicked me out and got engaged to another man on the same day, stole my money from the bank, used my personal information she had to do fraud, lied that we were ever married, made a fake Facebook account pretending to be a minor and tried to blame me for rape, tried to get me arrested by lieing that I beat her up and harassment...Police found me innocent but It left me bruised emotionally and almost had a mental breakdown. .I really needed this. I spoke to all her ex partners and she messed them up too. I spoke to her mom and her response was, "So what?". This Pakistani family is evil indeed. I have met such an evil family. I am glad Allah took me away from them

So real! I was seeing this woman for 9 months and talking on the phone and texting everyday. I've also been mentally hurt by my ex-girlfriend. After 6 months, I am still recovering. Hearing these sort of "take revenge by having a good life after they're gone" things, I feel better, but if you think about it, it is still your Ego that is feeling better. It is not real you. It is the "hurt you" that's saying "Hey look, I am doing good. Thought I'd be crying, huh?". I think true relief will come when we finally find the strength to forgive them and let go of the desire for the past to have been any different.
I wrote this two months ago, and reading it now makes me feel so grateful because now I feel fully recovered. No longer feeling anything negative towards my ex. I remember sitting in the bathroom crying and saying out loud "I let go, I am independent of you". From that moment on, I've felt nothing but relief. Wish you all who is hurting the same.

Saya X not necessarily true. Just like everything, such an experience is temporary. Love has an equal effect on the brain as cocaine and essentially only a drug that nature created for procreation. No one needs such a thing to be ultimately and continuously happy for their entire lives. I did have a very good relationship once for 5 years. I ended that amicably and it was the most liberating experiences of my life. Happiness starts from within and I never get lonely. Not everyone can understand it, I get it. It's like how I can't understand those who go crazy without companionship.
