Hey, Ive got one of these with a no spark issue. I'm fairly sure the problem is a bad CDI. The connector was falling apart and someone just poked the wires back in so when it finally shorted out i ended up with it. it took a while to find a CDI that would work with it, but the connector just turned to dust so i have no idea of the wiring configuration at the CDI... would you mind showing the CDI and its connector? its located under the front cover which is removed with 2 finger screws near the handlbars.
