For those that did help her, bless their brave hearts. And for those that didn’t, there is no fault in that as well, there’s been too many unfortunate cases of crimes being done this way, making it twice as scary for those that are being asked to help :( if i was the one that was approached i would’ve tried to ask for someone braver to help her or called for a safety/police officer to do so

We can't judge people at one instance such as people ignoring a someone lying on the ground on the platform of a subway station. It could be the bystander effect or those people have gone to the station master to get help or some might be late for something urgent, like rushing to work or else they will get a pay cut or to pick up their kids or to the hospital to see a relative who has just met with an accident, etc..

I really appreciate the man who knew that he was a man and a stranger, so he kept talking in an effort to make the situation more comfortable. He was very clued in, respectful, and cautious of her well being. What a gentleman.

@@xktwnxl4zlx213 I agree and disagree at the same time. Plenty of people have bad experiences with police and wouldn't trust them with this kind of situation either. It depends on the country, the city, and the part of the city. I would proceed with extreme caution if this situation came up in New York City, especially if I was in Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem, or Queens. I wouldn't hesitate at all if this situation came up in the area I actually live, which is upstate and quite rural. Some cities are safer than others and some countries are safer than others. I know western cultures it's more common for this kind of situation being a trap, I don't know if it's the same for eastern cultures, south eastern cultures, etc. It's more a European and the Americas thing.
Never ever help this!! There r case where ppl use children to trap u!! Have that kid call her parents n take her home, since she live so near n it's the parent's duty!
One case my friend told me, is a kid asked a lady for help for i dun rmb what and then the lady got trapped n r@pped.

It’s so odd for me to see students going home so late. Here, school finishes between 3:15pm - 4:00pm depending on what type of school you go to. (Government or Private) The latest I’ve ever been home is 5:00pm, and during summer, it’s literally still bright daylight outside.
I guess in Korea it’s different due to their school schedules, and also the route most kids take.
Also, shout out to that guy who wanted to assure the student that she was safe with him, because he acknowledged that he himself was a stranger to her, and also a guy.
Look up cram schools. It’s 2nd school and why many students are out so late.

Where I live, school always end around 2.30 pm and tuitions can go up to 6 pm. If ever, it gets past 6.30, I always call my parents to pick me up - during school years, I was always terrified to go back home alone when it gets dark and sometimes I had teachers drop me at home too

이것도 커플아니면 함부로 이행하시면 안되요..저도 어떤남자가 숨어서 지켜보길래 편의점들어가서 남자분들께 부탁드렸었는데 그사람들이 집 가까이 다가가니 태도가 살짝 돌변해서 길중간에 감사합니다하고 또 한번 도망쳤어요..

커플도 납치할수 있다라는 생각은 해본적이 없었어요..남자분들 기억에 5명정도 됐었는데..길 중간까지는 안전하고 감사하게 올라왔었는데..흠..집까지 따라오려는 분위기가 조성되는 느낌..저도 노파심인지는 모르겠지만 대화분위기에서 그런게 느껴지더라구요..그것또한 공포였기에 길중간 안전한곳까지 들어오고나서 감사인사하고 또 미친듯이 뛰었던 기억이 있네요..
와 소름끼치네요;;;남자분 인터뷰처럼 도움을 주는 본인도 여성이 무서워할까봐 말을걸고 저도 남자니까 라는말이 슬프지만 현실적으로 맞는말인거같아요 좋은분도계시지만 이걸 빌미로 흑심을 품는 남자도 있을테니까요. 그냥 너무 무서우면 경찰부르는게 제일 좋은방법일듯 에휴
