Great story I’ve been on methadone and heroin since 18 now 55 I here that rock bottom moment and I think methadone stopped me from getting there. Recovery is all I think about but just don’t seem to be able to get there. Haven’t done crime in 15 years. But just struggling. Love hearing these success stories. Thanks for sharing.

I was thirty years on herion, never gave anyone up, used methodone to go to work, got a trade at 31yrs old . I grew up around crims and crime but always felt i didn't belong, wasn't a square head and never a real criminal. Have no family. Drugs took everything from me. Congrats Ron and Nathan

Looking forward to this Nathan. I am starting to exercise again after a long time. I suffer from GAD generalised anxiety disorder and depression. I am starting with full body kettle bell exercises as well as sit ups, dips and push ups as well as walking before I start running again. I am on 4 different types of medication and seeing psychologist. Do you think I am on the right track to recovery by doing this. I would really appreciate your opinion. Kind regards Glenn Sanderson 👍

@@angusseletto1511 It was Milson island not Wilson it was on the Hawkesbury river. Man a lot of good stories there. We use to actually sneak women onto the island sometimes. Get drunk most nights fish all day . We even grew some marijuana plants on the island one day a screw seen them and they took them . Put them in the governors office so we broke into his office that night and got our plants back . They closed it for two reasons there was a stabbing one night a bloke got stabbed 14 times in the neck he lived. Plus the clinic got broken into one night and we got all the pills and drugs . So they closed it down
