Good shit, love this interview mate love the message and everything spoken about, Ron's a fukn Top Bloke.. You Lads are exactly right, it's Our Jobs now to be the GENERATIONAL CURSE BRAKERS, speak of our past experiences to prove there's a way out of the dark and keep leading others to the Light.. Loving the channel Brother.. From over the ditch here in NEW ZEALAND
Great story I’ve been on methadone and heroin since 18 now 55 I here that rock bottom moment and I think methadone stopped me from getting there. Recovery is all I think about but just don’t seem to be able to get there. Haven’t done crime in 15 years. But just struggling. Love hearing these success stories. Thanks for sharing.
I was thirty years on herion, never gave anyone up, used methodone to go to work, got a trade at 31yrs old . I grew up around crims and crime but always felt i didn't belong, wasn't a square head and never a real criminal. Have no family. Drugs took everything from me. Congrats Ron and Nathan
One of the best yet Nath. I'm Finally making my way back to meetings & recovery after 12 year relapse on Methadone. This is EXCACTLY what I needed today. Thanks to you both...
Your honesty on reflection is mad and much appreciated.. reality and recovery is our daily dose for me , getting up and having a go , always our legacy xx😊
Looking forward to this Nathan. I am starting to exercise again after a long time. I suffer from GAD generalised anxiety disorder and depression. I am starting with full body kettle bell exercises as well as sit ups, dips and push ups as well as walking before I start running again. I am on 4 different types of medication and seeing psychologist. Do you think I am on the right track to recovery by doing this. I would really appreciate your opinion. Kind regards Glenn Sanderson 👍

I met Ronny back in the late 70s at CIP long bay . We had pretty similar lives born into crime families , He was a really decent Crim i liked him very much had good principals
@@angusseletto1511 It was Milson island not Wilson it was on the Hawkesbury river. Man a lot of good stories there. We use to actually sneak women onto the island sometimes. Get drunk most nights fish all day . We even grew some marijuana plants on the island one day a screw seen them and they took them . Put them in the governors office so we broke into his office that night and got our plants back . They closed it for two reasons there was a stabbing one night a bloke got stabbed 14 times in the neck he lived. Plus the clinic got broken into one night and we got all the pills and drugs . So they closed it down

I met Ronny back in the late 70s at CIP long bay . We had pretty similar lives born into crime families , He was a really decent Crim i liked him very much had good principals
Got to respect ex cons who can turn their lives around and give back to society
Roger Rogerson was Australia's worse serial killer . He made Milat look like a choir boy. I was at Milson island what a mad jail it was the best .
Interesting
Serial killers do it for fun.
Rodger did it for money he was just a crim with a badge.
Wilson Jail would be a cool story to do...about what it was like and what happened to it
