metoxys - Tech Trance Set (GTA Online After Hours unofficial guest mix)

When the list of DJs for the After Hours DLC was teased by Rockstar in May, I must admit that I was quite disappointed. I was hoping to get some electro house or trance, just general EDM in the club, and not the tech house or techno that we got. In the end, the music that we did end up getting was better than I expected for the most part, but these sets are still not something I'd dance to.
Then, inspiration struck me and I decided to mix this set as a "what if?" or "what could've been" or "what I'd actually play in my club if I could" - 1 hour of glorious 140 bpm tech trance. This is absolutely what I'd have playing in my club if Solomun would pass me the AUX cord!

omg, I totally agree with you, after hours added a lot of great sets and, on one hand, I kinda liked the style they choose, but man... this would put gta nightclubs so pumped up!!!
Thank you for making this mix, would love to see more uptempo stuff like this in the game

Funny enough, there is a radio station in Los Angeles called KCRW that plays this kind of music on certain nights. So, realistically, it would fit right in.
