Probably the best video I’ve seen explaining how to install. I’ve did my muffler delete a couple months ago and I just had mine tuned last week now I’m waiting on my intake to be delivered tomorrow. I can’t wait! Great video!
Just installed this in my 2013 chevy impala. WOW! My car wasn't all that loud and this bad boy makes it sound so aggressive. Well worth the buy. Great video bro!
I just installed this on my camaro ss. I was ssooo satisfied. The sound of the exhaust sounded so different. I totally recommended this kit. Instructions not so great I was still confused on the package that said "dear buyer" but i think it goes on top of the air filter its not a necessary thing to add on.
I got a k and n intake for my 2013 camaro rs v6 and this thing put at least 15 to 20 hp more i feel the difference and it sounds more aggressive it was worth the 400 i spent
Just bought the same one and its otw for my car, idk if it was the way you were revving it but this seems to have the loudest sucking noise out of all other intake noise videos
Everything I did is in the video. So if your cover is not going back on after following the steps in the video, I can't really help you. I can't see what your engine bay looks like.
I can't see it so I can't say for sure. Make sure all couplings are tight and everything is reconnected. A lot of times people forget to reconnect the maf sensor or the clean side pcv tube that goes on the intake. Also make sure that tube did not pop of the back.
@@mistermanage1119 thanks for your reply, in the very beginning of your video you saw a curved metal plate and you were like” i dont know what this is but I’ll figure it out” lol, asking cuz i got the same peice and dont know what its for.
I put this brand intake on my friends durango and he had the same thing. It somehow bolted or clipped in to the metal that is the the heat barrier and hovered over the filter almost protecting it from above heat or debris.
You don't do anything with the TPS or throttle body other then slide you intake coupling on it. That has nothing to do with installing this intake. Hope this helps!

What tuned you get ?

yeah I was doing short revs and pushing down a little harder than most. So that abrupt rush of air you can hear.
Engine bay is nice and clean!
That looks great ,sounds great too . Good work
I’m having trouble fitting the air flow sensor in the aluminum pipe. I have a 2010 maybe that’s the problem
This is for a 12-15. 2010 had a different MAF sensor.
I heard u supposed to disconnect the battery before installing the intake
Post some driving clips and drive bys
How you get your engine cove back on mines don’t fit just wobbles

Where did you put that 3rd piece of heat shield ?
Never used it
What motor mount brace u got 🤔
I have a video with a link on the channel.
Just installed this on my camaro v6 and got a check engine light what could be the issue ?

An does it come in different colors
Hello, did you have to unplug the battery and did you know what the metal piece was for in the box ? thank you
You don't have to unplug it. And I don't know what metal piece you're talking about because there are many.

Oh lol yeah that piece actually goes on top of the filter I believe. Its supposed to add extra protection for the top of the filter.

Thanks buddy
Im debating on going with a K&n or AF dynamic. Anybody help me and give me your best option
Af better K&N is name brand your paying
Would you recommend keeping the filter it comes with or should I swap it ?
I have no issues with the one it comes with
