Bioshock 2 glitchless speedrun (PC)

This was a pretty decent PB. There is still a good amount of time that can still be shaved off, but overall not a terrible run. Still getting gold splits and losing time on various splits. Plenty of optimization still available, but we'll just leave this category be for now.
