Another great video. Thank you for sharing. My 11yo son and 13yo daughter have improved so much with your coaching to the point now they are top scorers in their division. But also much better all round team players. Have a great weekend. 👍🏻🏀
I thought you was crazy talk about Kawhi Leonard jump but Kawhi Leonard has a nice jump shot so I respect you tell him that a man just watch how quiet shoots slow video down and figure out how he shoots good luck
im primarily a mid range 2 motion jump shooter and i love the pull up. but for some reason, specifically in deeper range spot-ups I'll shoot 1 motion. I know its not uncommon to do both 1 & 2 motion like that but I feel like days where I feel a rhythm shooting threes and I'm shooting a fluid one motion, i lose my 2 motion mid range pull up- and days where my 2 motion mid range pull up are on lock, my three point shooting and range goes down. its like my game leans towards a moving shot creator vs a spot up sharpshooter depending on whichever jumpshot my body gets into rhythm more that day.
-chase idk I think you should still get on more reps for both because I have seen many videos recently saying that you should be able to do both, two motion for mid range and 1 motion for 3s.
Trap Kid yeah, i’ll be in the gym alone not realizing i should practice both because im making my shots so its not like im thinking about an issue in my shot since its goin down. Gotta do that one steph challenge he did with the kids. Somethin like: three, pull up, stepback, repeat
Same i been looking at my shot and noticed the ball ain't spinning its not like i wasn't hitting shots i was doing great but i read that if you want to get higher chances for your shot to go in you need to back spin ot because that way if the ball hits the rim or the board it makes it easier for it to go in, but ever since i started spinning it the ball just doesn't go in I airballing it like a ton, i hope its just all about muscle memory and reps and it'll all work out once i get used to the spin

Can somebody help me please. I’m 12 years old and I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember. I have a very consistent shot usually. I average 20 ppg 3apg and 8rpg. I usually get almost all 20 points from driving to the hoop if not all 20 points I would have a few free throws made. I competed in a freethrow competition and made 23/25. I don’t usually shoot midrange in game but practice it A LOT and randomly my arc has been going across my body and my shot has been feeling awkward. Any Help?
i m trying everything...to shoot the ball..as ur guidance..but i have some range issue...i m not able to balance long range nd short range..its not consistent...pls upload some video...how to shoot and differentiate long and short range...
Try to release the ball low and not like over ur head as some pros do. (maybe ur not strong enough to shoot that far?) Ps. I'm just assuming xd, when I was little I released the ball always like when it was as high as my chest :/
I usually always get caught up in my percentages and aiming for 100% because a coach recently told me to aim for perfection and that same week in practice and scrimmages I couldn’t miss
don't listen about pros not using 100% of his skill confident when shooting there is this guy we fought on team whenever he's free on 3points he never missed
It's a bad idea to try to shoot the ball really fast. You won't make as many shots. Larry Bird, Eric Gordon, Glen rice, Steve Nash, etc do not have insanely fast shots.
u shoot better in real games? kuz Ik for a fact I shoot like 50 in half court games and pickup but in real games I shoot like I never shot the damn ball before.
that "Not aiming for 100%" thing is brilliant
ikr!
Can you do a breakdown of Kawhi Leonard laugh?
Sam Hung YESSS! We Need that.
That jus mean u make fun of someone who saw his dad get shot as akid
@@wassupmanawb6184 the guy didnt say "make a breakdown of how Kawhi's father died and how he saw it."

Confidence is key. Fred Vanfleet had several keys then cuz damn best back up pg in the league, should be a starter
I been saying this for some time now, the only thing Lowry is known for is drawing charges and just above average IQ
He starts now

How much backspin do you need in your shot? I feel like I get too much because my shot falls short.

No joke bro you should host a camp cuz that not 100 percent thing is an instant confidence booster in game by itself
I think the goal should be %100 and always strive to be better . Then confidence will come .
