I use a pair of Sony SRS-XB3s. They are pairable with each other as in Mono, Stereo or Stereo Left and Right modes. Will the Emberton II do this in the Stack mode or are they stereo coming from both speakers?
If I'm using a USB -C cable to charge unplug the cable into a wall style plug what do you recommend to charge it any specific brand too bad Marshall doesn't sell its own power cube plug.
I just bought two of them but I couldn't set them in stero mode, the app only have stack mode 😞. They have a great sound but I can hear just one at a time so far.
I bought a factory 2nd about a month ago for $180 🇦🇺 It craps all over any similar priced/spec'd speaker. Being a guitarist I initially grabbed it due to my valve amp bent & I trusted it'd be solid. More than happy 🔊 Plus, my brother's speaker shat itself so I grabbed another 2nd from the same Shop - can't tell why it's a 2nd - works/looks great!!!
I just bought it because of the many good reviews and comments. Should have bought the Bose Soundlink Mini 2. With that puny size and 20 watts the sound though clear with a decent bass is limited by the form factor. One thing it successfully did was to make me appreciate my Anker Soundcore Motion Plus and Boom even more and they cost significantly less for poor me.
6:27 stack mode is the same as Huawei's pair. I bought two small speakers for 17 usd each. I paired them both acting as left and right and it acts as tws. It blasts my whole room and even vibrates the ceiling when the bass and treble hits
JBL. Bought a number of their speakers over the years, and even the small super portable Bluetooth speakers are loud and carry decent bass, you really can't go wrong with their line up (and they got pretty much everything, speaker - size wise)
Not is definitely not. I bought it and have returned it. Whatever Anker type brand Amazon is selling for $50 will bury this POS. Review is bullshit as are all of the other reviews that I considered useful when I bought this.
@@mikehazan6043 Such weird comments. Bought this for $120 and love it, not sure how much it was at the time of review. I like how it looks, too. “POS”? Haha ok
I bought it and it keeps playing 4-5 hours at full volume and full charge. I don't understand why the marketing says it has 30+ hours at 50% volume. And you said it too.
Did you try to play it for 30 hours at 50% volume? Seems to me that comparing its max volume runtime to its advertised 50% runtime is an odd thing to do.
@@tylerkujanen440 4-5 hours at max volume is a radical change in runtime, its first version was reviewed that it lasts 6.5 hours at max volume, now you have longer battery life time at 50% and lower battery life time at 100%. This huge difference is unheard of in most other speakers.
@@Mr.Caligos yeah I'm not sure why that could be. I definitely get longer than 4-5 hours out of mine at max volume. It might depend on what music genres you listen to perhaps? Maybe they sacrificed the max volume efficiency of the speaker to give better mid volume efficiency?
@@tylerkujanen440 Mix pop music in Spotify. And yes mine lasts about 30 hours at 50% volume as advertised. I don't know how can it be possible to change efficiency at different volumes.
Fully agreed. I just bought it because of the hype. My Soundcore Motion Plus and Motion Boom simply blow it out of the water. It's not even as good listening at low volume to help me sleep.

Love my emberton and just bought the emberton 2 for a friend.

Didn't get to hear something about good ol' aux connectivity :( Other than that, great quality review

Anker Soundcore 3 or the Anker Soundcore Boost (Upgraded) both are hard to beat for a measly $50
Does the Emberton 2 work seamlessly with iPhone or MacBook ?
Yes to both
Hi is anyone aware if this speaker can be kept on 24/7? When charging cable is plugged in

Will they read your music library?
That cable sure wiggled around a lot after you plugged it in.
You sold it to me, and its on special at a local department store. $240.00 (Australian)
It’s not often I have to stop watching a video because I’m slightly tired and the fake enthusiasm gives me a headache 😂
Can you fast forward a video or a song with this?
what about Bose SoundLink mini 2?
exactly ! Bosesound link is best quality n value.

I love the speaker, but the app sucks! I have a Samsung Galaxy 23+, and the app will not work.
♥️👍
I already know you were mistaken claiming the 2 inch speakers are full range, let me guess you meant to say this is an ad not a review
Was the information about the driver wrong? Or you just haven't checked the specs on Marshall website?
Is this better than the JBL Charge 5
No...i have both.. charge 5 better In all category.. trust me..
It’s got four bars on the battery meter , 40% other than tat a great review 😂
i may sound like a heretic, but when hooked up to a tv, how is the sound when watching a movie?
Is it worth buying guys

Need to see you reviewers check stereo pair functionality. Also, Airplay 2? Yes/no? I'm guessing no.
This is Bluetooth, not Wi-Fi so no AirPlay 2 functionality.
@@AppleInsider Roger that. How about stereo pair functionality?
Anker SoundCore better quality at 1/3 the price. Marshall jacks up the price just cuz of the brand.
