The foods that I video have to pass a criteria: They have to be easy to make. But, most of all, they have to be delicious! Penny, thank you for taking the time to write, please subscribe, and enjoy!
@@ninainthekitchen1455 I subscribed right away Nina, after trying that Rye bread it was the best ever, my next recipe to try is the Challah bread , I tried making challah in the past and it wasn’t that great so I’ll make yours and I’ll let you know how it came out.
Oh sooo nice to see you back in the kitchen. Will make this for my son when he visits and add a sprinkling of mini M&M’s; a tradition! Thank you, NINA!
You’re a TREASURE Nina! I really appreciate you doing this video. I have learned so many useful things from your videos, this “EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE” looks AMAZING! It’s been added to my short list of upcoming desserts. Please keep doing what you’re doing, WE LOVE YOU :)) don’t let us wait for you another 9 months! ;)
Hello Nina, I hope you and the family having a great summer, I have a question please, I made this cake 2 times with the same measurements and it came out great, I'm going to make it in a tray for a birthday cake, should I double the amount or keep it the same, what tray size do you recommend? TIA❤️
That is a great question! You change the amount of baking powder when using Dutch processed cocoa. Substitute the baking powder with 1/2 the amount of baking soda. In other words, for this recipe completely eliminate the baking powder, the amount of baking soda will be 2 1/4 teaspoons baking soda.
Great job!
I made your cake today it’s delicious, I made your rye bread a few weeks ago I just found you again amazing , your a great cook

Hi Nina! I have a question... If I use Dutch process cocoa, do I need to alter the amount of baking soda? FYI: I will be using buttermilk. Thanks!
