I have been into mountain biking for years, I always thought about setting up a bike specifically for hunting. This video is making me want to more. Enjoy your bike!
@bradleyhermes304 same here. Spent most of my life on bikes from racing bmx to mountain bikes and was even a time I was doing custom build and selling them. Bought a fat tire bike for hunting use a couple years ago and it was exhausting to r8de offroad. This ebike makes life so much easier
That bike looks like it is going to do a great job for you. You have a lot of great ideas with your upgrades. I have an electric trike, but I like your bike better. Thank you for sharing another helpful video!
@anthonytucker1175 if I did a cart I'd probably but a used kid carrier off market place and covert it. Those dedicated carts are expensive! But I plan to bine out deer and put them right in the milk crate
Awesome !I looked at this bike also but went with the Magicycle Deer just for ground clearance as I am 6’2. Also mine is full suspension frame! I hope you enjoy using your bike! Turkey hunting is where this thing shines! Step through is definitely the way to go!👍 I tried bow hunting off my bike but it jarred so much that I lost screws in my quiver and $150 stabilizer!
@ericbulich9812 many places are like that. In the south they allow it more do to road closures during wet times. They close the access roads to prevent heavy trucks from damaging them but let foot bike or horse travel
Think e-bikes are the best of a bunch of worlds. However where we hunt in Maine you can’t have four wheelers, dirt bikes, pedal bikes or e-bikes even in your truck when you enter the north Maine woods. Also hunt White Mt National Forest and the are no motorized vehicles other then snow mobiles and e-bikes fall into the NoNo category as crazy as that is. Would luv to use one of these to cover the 3+miles I walk in to start hunting!!!! Would luv one of these on the Iowa farm I used to hunt though!!!!! Great video as usual
@pathfinder5804 yep many places they can not be used. It sure is nice when you can though for exactly that reason. Many places i want to hunt a 3 4 5 or 6 miles to get to. Here roads flood out so they close the gates to prevent heavy trucks from damaging the roads. A bike works perfect for those
I been watching " Kino Yves riding his pedal assisted electric trike from France to cape town south Africa > taken him 3 years so far ... even riding through lion territory 😂
@ArcheryGeek I'm really liking it. It saves my legs. And when I can take what's normally 10 or 11 miles of walking and make it 5 miles of walking i get to hunt more days in a row

@@bigg9101 i looked at and really like the magicycle too
24inch maxfoot was my choice.
I looked at that one. $1099.
Put on rear rack 19x 19 inch. Hauls me 250 lbs plus bow and treestand beautifully
Nice setup, I hunt a lot of state land and dnr property in Indiana and you can’t even use a bicycle on any of it

That would be a great bugout bike. Just need to pull a small generator in a 2 seater trailer.

@@sheepsfoot2 wow! That's a ride!
I live in Utah, i wish they would outlaw these bikes in national forests. It's made more people road hunters just crusing around on ebikes
The company should offer the tire option.
@greyhawk-111 agree. But cheap easy swap to do
Jealous!

getting lazy like the rest of them!
😂 u sad
Why do older guys always think doing something cool is lazy. Like how is it not cool to back an animal out on a freaking bike?
@thrivingarkansas1925 lol old men stuck in their ways
@@arrow3061 maybe. But this let's more hunt more
