fuck up with dark night, this movie inhibits much more emotion which makes you think about being human and the parallels of humanity in this movie make it better than dark night imo
Neb Nekkol In one of the X-Men appearances-I believe Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends and Pryde of the X-Men. Wolverine actually had an Australian accent. Which wasn't really a good voice actor doing it.
Hugh Jackman is probably the nicest guy in Hollywood. There are other nice ones but he is so accessible in his kindness whereas say someone like Keanu or Benedict is more reserved rightfully so. Jackman is a unique fella for sure.
Logan is so surprisingly good. James Mangold, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, and the young lady who played Laura knocked it out of the park. I need time to reflect but I have a sneaking suspicion it's my favorite superhero movie ever.
Logan is the only X-Men movie I've seen, but I was taken by surprise by this movie. It was amazing, and indeed possibly my favorite superhero movie. It had so much more depth and a serious and emotional tone to it. It madee me want to watch the other X-Men movies, but friends who have seen all the others said I shouldn't have the same expectations of the other movies after seeing Logan. I'm a little afraid of being disappointed honestly.
Yeah, the other movies are very different..much brighter, and much more comic book-ish. But as long as you view them as a different series from Logan (which they are) then the first couple are great! Just don't watch passed X-Men 2 or 3 or you will be severely disappointed lol
Could you explain the joke to an ignorant person such as me who doesn't even know who Mitch McConnell is? ( Dead serious, I have no idea who he is, and why was the kid's joke so good? D: )
pyrotechNick or maybe it even has nothing to do with Mitch Mcconnell and the joke could be done with anyone, in which case I understand it of course I'd only have thought there was something more, I really have no idea >_
what? Yea, it's totally a universal joke, very versatile. You can basically supplant Mitch McConnell's name with anyone else who is obviously (im)famous like this: "Is that the same ______ that I never heard of?" The joke is funny because it's a classic use of irony and it's a one-liner, which are incredibly hard to pull off. It's ironic because he's acting like he's pretending he's never heard of Mitch, who is pretty well-known. In order for Colbert's kid to make that joke at his age makes me think that he has some innate understanding of comedic delivery, timing, and material, because that was some original shit lul.
He is so attractive. Tall, muscular, sexy and most of all a lovely guy. Funny, loyal to his wife over many years, a family man, strong Christian values, charming and well spoken. Never once heard of him being anything but great to the people he's worked with, and a great actor to boot.
Oh, sure, Danny De Vito, so every pimply nerds afflicted by this embarrassing inferiority complex towards Jackman's body can finally be reassured and heartened...Jackman gave life and soul to a piece of paper and he did it masterfully. Wolverine fans should be grateful to him rather than dwell on the fact that he has not cut a piece of his legs in order to look exactly like a dwarf pissed off, with only one expression in his face: a perpetual snarl.
I got a very good feeling that Hugh Jackman and Sir Patrick Stewart will get nominated at the Oscars for their awesome last performance as Wolverine and Professor X. #OscarWatch
Johannes Jørgensen with Oscar films.. you have to release it around November till December and pay 10% of your budget to the Oscars... otherwise you won't win.
"Logan" is going to be a box office and critical smash-hit. I am looking forward to watching this movie. All of the reviews are extremely positive. It is said to be amazing, the best superhero movie after "The Dark Knight". He's brilliant and awesome in this role and has done such a great job. His talent was able to give the heart, soul and depth to a paper character and he has been playing the character for nearly 2 decades and made the role his own and playing the character for nearly 2 decades is a record. He makes history for having the longest-running role so after this movie they should not make any more movies about this iconic character.
Hugh is genuinely such a nice guy!!! You can just see that he doesn't have to pretend, he actually is a great human being and a wonderful actor as well! Not too many like him in Hollywood!
If someone else took the role of Wolverine, who ever that person is, he's gonna have to beat Hugh Jackman's passionate portrayal of the character, kindness to the people, humbleness through achievements, dedication, and eagerness to give people happiness through his acts, and the way how, and whenever you think about Wolverine its Hugh Jackman who comes in your mind. Because that's the only way MOST people will accept him as the new Wolverine. Hugh Jackman is Wolverine.
The movie killed me! Hugh was brilliant! I seriously think Jackman and Stewart should be highly considered for next years award season, they played their characters so effortlessly
Hugh Jackman.. what a guy! Saw Logan last night and it was simply fantastic - a real revival of the Xmen world and just generally an all-out amazing film. I would highly recommend going to see it and supporting the film.
outseeker Indeed. Such a shame it took so long to get the format down for these films. Leaves me with strong hope for wherever they go next with it all though.
I didn't think it would be hard to replace him until when he screamed for probably the last time in the film. I finally understood how good he was at that. Every other actor I can think of, would either be laughable doing it, or just wouldn't have that same impact. You will be greatly missed, Wolverine.
A couple of days ago I watched Logan, when it ends i was waiting for any scene that would appear after they show the casts but i saw nothing and that really killed me .. thanks Hugh Jackman for these 17 years of playing wolverine for us and you would be remembered and be sure no one will ever get closed to your performance as Logan .. many thanks and love for you❤️
Logan is not just a comic book film. It is a challenge to all other films in the genre to be more thought provoking, hold deeper emotions and not rely on heavy visual effects to sell the story. It is the very best of these types of films that I have seen since The Dark Knight. 10/10
Watched Logan last night and it's everything you would want in a Wolverine film. I just wish that Ian McKellen had a role in the film as Magneto would've been great. Was lucky enough with the other film goers to have met Hugh Jackman at the theater also great experience in all, Logan brings back elements of a western and it has a noir feeling to it, a great swan song for Jackman and Stewart if this is truly the end in playing Wolverine and Professor X.
yeah I don't really want to talk about the films flaws, considering it almost had none compared to most other superhero films... ,but dosent anyone else think the kids could have done more in the end, like weren't they being trained to be soldiers? yet they decided to just run away when in the forest, only the Mexican earth kid tried to help logan. but again very good film

For any TV host it's a huge honour to interview Hugh who is, apart from being a great actor, one of the humblest actors on the Earth. I must also admitt I was one of those fans who couldn't hold back tears, while seeing Logan. Besides, I remember I got devastated, after watching the film because, as a fan, I couldn't accept it was Hugh Jackman's last movie as Wolverine but, well nothing is forever, so he will always be "Wolverine".
6:11 “ then i put on my Claws!! Take of my shirt.. jump in the Room with full rage mode and shout the wolvarine cry ! Shouting *victooooooooooooor* .. and they sh*t their pants”
Entitledprick My god that would be good. The usual bond trope is 'cool at all times' but it would be great to see the bond facade snap in a scene where bond has to torture someone in a scene to get information to save someone, and see a pissed off hugh and that there is always a beast under the surface of every cool cat.
Hugh in his latest interview has said that he would keep playing Wolverine if the character had been brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe! So this is all Fox's fault. If Twentieth Century Fox and Marvel Entertainment could have worked out some sort of shared universe or crossover agreement like Sony Pictures did with Marvel Studios to merge Spider-Man into the MCU, then Hugh Jackman would have continued playing the character and he would have been an Avenger! God damn it people ought to hold protests against Fox, create a hashtag on social networks...This is not fair. We wanna see Hugh in more Wolverine movies.
yup yup,, its all licensing rights. we could of seen wolverine and the hulk go at it. I remember once jackman (probably the only person capable of making this happen) mention that he tried really hard to have this cross-over materialize.. but it was a no-go after much effort.
I'm honestly glad that Hugh Jackman's wolverine is coming to a close, not because I don't enjoy his role (he's perfect for wolverine) but because I think this was the perfect place for Logans story to come to a close, at least in this universe.
He looks at everybody like he's in love with them, it's so cute.
He's only in love with me. it's so cute!!
He's only in love with me. it's so cute!!
He’s only in love with me. It’s so cute!!
_Logan_ completely blew me away. The most adult, human "superhero" film to date.
Indeed. And the ending, oh, the ending was so perfect! Beautiful!
fuck up with dark night, this movie inhibits much more emotion which makes you think about being human and the parallels of humanity in this movie make it better than dark night imo
My Thoughts there is so.much emotion in Logan ..more than dark Knight..I like Batman, don't get me wrong.
Hua Mulan Uhm, watchmen? V for Vendetta could be counted as a superhero movie... anyway, Alan Moore is a god/wizard/santa Claus impersonater
I think as far as proper superhero movies go TDK is at the top of its game. I wouldn't call Logan a superhero movie though so it's apples and oranges.
Hugh Jackman is so gentlemanly and classy, the opposite of wolverine
It's a trap! Ikr
why would he be anything like wolverine
BECAUSE HE PLAYS THE CHARACTER IN A MOVIE FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. EXACTLY LIKE WOLVERINE DOES
+It's a trap! So this is what you do in your free time, Admiral Ackbar.
ThunderVoid got to do something during hyperspace. But I am going to be busy with the resistance back in full swing
His voice is so different from Wolverine's its insane
Neb Nekkol In one of the X-Men appearances-I believe Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends and Pryde of the X-Men. Wolverine actually had an Australian accent. Which wasn't really a good voice actor doing it.
Yeah he's an Aussie a true blue Aussie like me
@@capspotatoes YEAHHH HES A TRUE AUSSIE
Hugh Jackman is probably the nicest guy in Hollywood.

Yes, He is. I met him in person and I was surprised how humble and nice he was. He is a gentleman.
Logan is so surprisingly good. James Mangold, Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, and the young lady who played Laura knocked it out of the park. I need time to reflect but I have a sneaking suspicion it's my favorite superhero movie ever.
brigadierburnsauce man Laura was aggressive af in the movie
brigadierburnsauce surprisingly? come on now.
I felt a little let down by the movie to be honest. Many of the plot points felt like copouts.
Logan is the only X-Men movie I've seen, but I was taken by surprise by this movie. It was amazing, and indeed possibly my favorite superhero movie. Colbert's kid is already a comic genius. "Is that the same Mitch McConnell I've never heard of?" Brillent
Yeah, and at ten years old?! That kid has a stellar future ahead of him
Could you explain the joke to an ignorant person such as me who doesn't even know who Mitch McConnell is? ( Dead serious, I have no idea who he is, and why was the kid's joke so good? D: )
Sorry if american politics don't interest me so much.. there's already enough going on my country that's why I'm asking politely what the joke is :(
pyrotechNick or maybe it even has nothing to do with Mitch Mcconnell and the joke could be done with anyone, in which case I understand it of course I'd only have thought there was something more, I really have no idea >_

His wife is overweight and very ordinary looking. Love blossoms in mysterious ways.
Hannah G-K the fact that you have to say loyal to his wife says a lot of your view about society today.
Yeah Stephen is the best.
I was going to say the same thing about the "strong Christian values" part.
My view of society is that adultery is rife, so it's refreshing to see a Hollywood star who still believes in fidelity. Have I said something untrue?
"you hurt your leg sitting on his shoulders" lmao. his wife is cool
Being in the same room as Hugh Jackman is magical... Trust me, I was at the show yesterday
How? Are you security?
@@LilyCypher No, I was in the audience the day of this taping
He looks 70 in the film but mid 30s here. makeup is a wonderful thing
He's in his late 40's IRL
JuanJuanFive you mean made up to look older?
no they didn't
JuanJuanFive he’s just so gorgeous.
He looks like his age come on
I literally watch Hugh Jackman interviews when I'm depressed, he restores my faith in humanity
Awe hope you feel better
I love the big stupid grin Stephen gets when he has a guest that he genuinely is a fan of. Fanboy level 1000.
You Jack, Man.

LordDanko Logan is the best comic book movie ever.
The Dark Night is the most overrated movie in history. I really tried to like it. It's the cheesiest, most retarded thing I've ever seen.

Why is there no roof on Stephen's studio? Because the double coolness just blew it right off
Dániel Pápai heuheuheu
Hugh Jackman should have walked out in Logan mode and made his son's friend fanboy
"Mitch McConnell? Is that the same Mitch McConnell I've never heard of?"
Shit, that's solid for a 10 year-old.
One of the best interviews on this show! Hugh is so charming and there is great chemistry between him and Stephen!
When you realize Hugh is more like Leopold than Logan xD
Logan is an incredible film. A little too good to be a sequel to any other X-Men based film. They did a good job. A great job.
His is such a lovely human being
