- I've compiled all of the hairstyles available in Disney Dreamlight Valley with information about their names, categories and where they can be found! I have to say that I had fun with this one!

the artists who modelled the hair did such a great job and im glad the developers put in so many hair options (and hopefully continue to add them), i feel as though a lot of devs dont ever want to include long hair options because they're scared of clipping, but i couldn't care less lol

So so happy to get the long curly hair. I was so bummed that they didn't have any good curly hair at the start of the game and now I finally get to make my character look like me!!!
That can really make a game 10x better!
I want them to make a rapunzel hair soooo badly! Maybe we’ll get it when she comes to the game 😏😅
There actually is a Rapunzel-inspired hair! It’s called Floral Braid and it can be found in Scrooge’s store 😊

The floral braid looks more like Elsa's hair with flowers. I think they should make it down to the butt or longer.🤷♀️

@@xsxfcfxsx2928 there are still certain hairstyles that I don’t have yet and Iam being patient and waiting until they come to scrooges store
If you don’t like what’s in your shop, close your game immediately and reload, you’ll have a new selection! Make sure you shut down your game within the 5 minute save time
Ahh, this is so helpful, I just started playing and I saw other players with really cute hairs but I had a hard time finding where they're from so this really helps a lot

I wish we could change the color of the hair accessories that are part of the hairstyle like the french bouffant headband. That hairstyle is my fave as it's the most similar to mine but of course the headband is always blue so I can't always wear it. I do hope they bring in more hairstyles with full bangs/fringe. I'm also aware I'm incredibly biased because that's just what I have haha
I’ve definitely seen the suggestion for changing hair accessory colors in the discord! I really hope they implement that

As much as I love all the hair options, I have yet to see a game with longer hair options. I have really really long hair in real life, but I could never get my avatar in any game to look like me
Hopefully in the future they'll add some more longer hair styles!

Not related to hair, but wanting to show love for the game. I'll often relax by enjoying fishing in the meadow or on Dazzle Beach. I wish we could put our own houses into "Storage" and move them to different biomes. I love my little plaza home, but I'd love to put it right by the water on Dazzle Beach.
Honestly, yes! I love this game so much. You can’t put your house in storage, but in Furniture menu, you can absolutely move it to whichever biome you want 😊

@@J_Rossi you just go into furniture mode then click on the house and move it to where you want the houses are moveable they Just don’t go into storage but they are moveable
@@J_Rossi almost all houses are moveable the only ones that aren’t are the ones in caves like Elsa’s cavern,the one cave/house we found Ursula in

Just need to have a little talk with Scrooge...i have all the quest hairs but he has offered only the big bow with pony tail and the gold clasps with twists. Its been 3 weeks since i restarted. Just gives me a bunch of tiny things like bracelets and mini backpacks and shoes
Honestly! Sometimes his shop can be really disappointing. I try to just buy all the clothing items, even ones I don’t love, so they stop showing up
@@tinkerlily well that and the hairstyles don’t appear in scrooges shop right away it took me I have no idea how long before I bought hairstyles from I was stuck buying everything else from scrooge for the longest time before I finally got a hairstyle
@@tinkerlily I think I was stuck buying everything else from scrooge for like a certain number of weeks before I finally got certain hairstyles and now I think I have almost all of them or close to all of them I do have all the current friendship ones that I know I don’t know if I have all the scrooge ones or not since I just got like 3 more today

I wanted the the 4th hair so bad (curls with space buns) it came in my shop and I bought it it wouldn't let me put it on no matter what I did. Then I thought maybe I just need to save the game and close and reopen it. I did and when I went back in the game it was gone and no longer available in the shop also the money I spent on it was still taken but the hair was not in my wardrobe or collection list 😭 I'm so upset because there aren't enough curly hair options that look like mine. Hopefully I get it back in the shop again!
Oh no! I’d recommend submitting a support ticket. I wonder if it still is categorizing it as purchased even though you can’t see it. if so, it won’t show up in the shop again

Oh no! There honestly are so few buyable hairs compared to all the clothing items in game, so it took forever for any to show up for me, too! Hoping you get some great ones soon 🤞🏽

@@tinkerlily The floral bun looks great with a high contrast hair color. I had brown as my main color and blue as the highlight color for that style.
Why don’t i have some hair styles that i have seen others have at the beginning when creating your character do i have to buy a deluxe edition or did you only have the benefit of having more hairstyles and character customization when pre ordering it cause i dont have even the option to change outfits :(
Most of my footage for this video was captured in the separately available Avatar Design Tool, which features most hairstyles and clothing available in the game. When you create your character in-game (not with the ADT), you have many fewer hair options, and you’ll just have the basic starter outfit (until you collect and founder’s pack rewards from the mailbox).

What I like about hairstyle number 2 is that when I was doing colors, I made it brown with a blue hair stripe and with the goggles I got from Wall-E's world, I thought I looked like Varian from Tangled the Series!

how do i get Scrooge's shop to sell more hairstyles, does anyone know ?
You just have to buy all of the items on the hairy/accessories shelf every day. That way, they won’t cycle back through the shop, and you’ll be more likely to get hairstyles coming through 😊

The moana top knot is glitched on the feminine player model because I don’t think the band is meant to be green, on the masculine player model it’s brown. Please can everyone report this to get it fixed 🥰
Interesting! I did see the green hair band, but I figured that might have been the “intended color”, especially since they changed Moana’s lvl 10 dress 👀😂
+WHAATEVEN:I think green is the intended color for the Moana hair style since her level 10 friendship dress’s intended color is now and has always been a blueish green so the band being green would make sense since it would watch her level 10 friendship dress
+WHAATEVEN:Also some of the clothings colors were off in the game the intended color for Moana’s level 10 dress wasn’t tan and orange they gave us tan and orange then fixed that.
That 4 hairstyle wasn't an option for me when I started the game
This is an old video, so things may have changed since the time of making it. It will probably be a Scrooge shop item. but you can check the DDV wiki to confirm!
I bought the Beauty and the Beast hairstyle from Scrooge’s shop, but it never showed up as a choice in the hair menu.
Oh no! The hairstyles aren’t arranged in the order you got them. I know my BatB hair is up at the top of the hair choices. have you made sure to check there?
That happened with me for the Moana hair 😢

@@NailPolishGurll the hair styles don’t go in the order you get them. The Moana one should be a ways down so the hairstyles would go in the order that is shown in the video. Since the hairstyles aren’t labeled once they are in your hairstyles collection list they only get named if they go along with collection tab and not the hairstyle tab.
@@tinkerlily plus they aren’t even labeled once they go under the hairstyle tab for a collection of hairstyles they are only labeled under the collection list Tab lol but when you go looking for them under hairstyles it’s hard to find them since they aren’t labeled under the hairstyle tab.
Maybe it’s not my place to comment on this but I’m really glad that they included various hair textures and protective styles in the base of the game rather than only making them unlockable or putting them behind a paywall. I can imagine that would be really frustrating when you’re trying to make an avatar that represents you
I was so impressed with the number of diverse hair options, especially for an early access game. I appreciated it, and I know a lot of other people do, too 🥰
Wait how did you get mini dress … got her to lv10 her quest never happened for me
Minnie’s lvl 10 quest isn’t in the game yet. her last quest currently is the lvl 8 quest. I think some people have gotten the dress in clothing bags, but that’s the only way to get it for now
@@tinkerlily minnies level 10 friendship dress isn’t in the game yet according one person Iam assuming it comes later on when we add more characters into the valley meaning Minnie is waiting for one the other characters who aren’t in the game yet to be leveled up
@@tinkerlily but Iam betting Minnie’s level 10 quest has something to do with the secret room and one of the sparkling books with Minnie’s name in the title

I feel like this game has more than I anticipated it having, but we could definitely use more variety! I’d love to see like a kinky/coily wash&go look
@@tinkerlily the game is still in beta release/early access so there could still be more hairstyles we haven’t seen yet when the game actually comes out since it’s still being made just like with clothes and memories and dress there could be more of those that we haven’t seen yet since the game isn’t fully out until sometime in 2023

@@tinkerlily I'm sorry I just thought perhaps hairstyles were unlocked some other way like in chests or something random. I was kinda mean and I'm sorry. I thought it would focus on unlockable hairstyles and not the ones we can all access and see all the time if we want.
