A lot of folks think the Void is nothing, when it is pure potential chaos, beyond light, sound, vibration or order. My soul came from the Void. It has several realities, that would be difficult to call realms. I saw myself a mass of black shifting hydra-like consciousness then emanated out of a dark womb as a rainbow serpent dragon. Saw myself creating souls and worlds with others. point bring, I relate to this. When I saw past the cosmic wound into the Void it looked like a mass of shifting dissolving, reanimated forms that weren't forms. The Void is my home beyond the multiverse.
This sounds awfully like a very intense and very dark DMT trip. Not to underestimate this experience, as some substances can be used as shortcuts into various realms.

Stupid question alert. I subscribe to spirituality whereby they teach that to access the astral you have to raise your vibrations. So assuming you work with lower vibrational beings, how are you accessing the astral?
To access the astral plane you use you're astral body, there's a reason we have subtle bodies because there planes associated to each one, ergo when one projects out with a certain body their automatically on that frequency. The Astral Body for the astral, the causal body for the causal plane, the mental body for the mental plane etc.
