Fun fact: The expansion and retraction of your spiritual body shows up in an aura photograph. I practiced for years and... then I was able to capture the expansion and retraction in a photograph. Crazy, right? When I extended my aura it was so bright it looks like I'm just a big ball of light

@ look at the left side upper corner at exactly the time stamp I posted. An orb comes out from nowhere comes towards the camera and disappears if it was dust we would still be able to track it it wouldn’t just disappear like that

When I get sleep paralysis and I have had many about 50 to 60 times
most of the time am not able to leave I'm not even sure if it's astral projection/soul travel I once was paralyzed but I wasn't sleeping I closed my eyes and within a few seconds I couldn't move I never had that happen before so it was scary for me I think that wouldve been
astral projection if I didn't snap out of it but anyways that situation made me wonder that I don't know how astral projection happens anymore when I DO leave my body I not able to go anywhere just walk around if I would think of a place I not able to go there you can do everything by thought but nothing happens so I lost my excitement thinking about traveling to different planes
