Thanks for this nice review ragrding a bag I didn't know yet. While Belgian , I do live in a tiny village in the hills surrounding Parma Italy. Therefore I don’t have any possibility to get some answers or have this bag in hands. I do have a wandred 31 l backpack w that I like very much. However, for city day trips it looks quite large and not adapted. Since I do not need all my stuffs with me all the time, my idea was to carry with me the OM system OM-1 body attached to the 12-40 f2,8 pro lens AND simultaneously in the bag the Olympus 40-150 f 2,8 or the Leica 10-25 separately. Therefore, I would like to have your support for a) being sure that both the body and 2 lenses will fit in the Bag 8l ? B)is there a possibility to attach a small tripod to the bag or should I need some accessories. Thanks for the clarification, Best regards and thanks again for the answer. Christian
Hey. Thanks for your comment. There is room underneath to carry a small ish tripod but you’ll need to purchase accessory straps. But it’s very doable. Unfortunately I don’t know enough about the OM body and lenses to be sure. However, I could get my Sony A7c (small full frame body) with one small prime plus probably two other small primes as well as a few accessories. Hope this helps 😃
@@HannahYoungPhotography Thanks a lot for the information provided. That's very kind of you. I'll therefore will investigate and I wish you a nice day. Best regards Christian
Very cool. I just picked one up used and it should arrive today. I use the A7C as well and this is something I see loading into a bigger bag when I travel to protect the gear and then break it out when it's a light tourism or adventure carry.
Awesome. It’s a brilliant set-up. Inspired on the sling idea especially for travel, it’s a game changer and really frees you up for more photography ✌🏼
Wonderful review! If it just was an 1 inch wider and deeper it'd be perfect. Ordered it, loved the look & feel including the whole concept so much but had to send it back cause my A7 IV with the 28-75 plus the 17-28 next to it won't fit without fighting it in and out and absolutely no chance for a mounted l-bracket on it as well. But otherwise great bag!
Thanks for sharing… I’m considering but have an a7iv with sigma 24-70mm. I won’t pack another lens but would want my sennheiser mke 400 to fit next to it… chances?!
You don't need to own the super compact A7C. Yesterday I was travelling with the Sony A1 and the 35mm G-Master. I could have easily fitted the 50mm 1.8 as well if I had needed.
Would you be able to fit the A1 with the 70-200 2.8 GM ii attached? I've wasted the last week watching camera sling videos trying to find something just to hold this combo.
What's your go to camera bag?
Thanks for making this Hannah, I’ve just purchased.
Great review. It does fit inside the PM Travel Camera Bag. Thank you doing the review.
Thankyou. Also great to know it fits inside the bigger bag too 👌🏻

One of the best reviews of this sling I’ve seen… thanks!🙌
Awesome. Thanks - glad you enjoyed 😃

@@HannahYoungPhotography Yeah, I even picked up the straps to put my tripod on there. Excited!
@@nimbusviewmedia6542 amazing… super handy. I ,just be less lazy and carry my tripod 😉
I just bought the peak design 3 Ltr sling also to use when cycling but the looks even better !
Peak Design was on my radar too... this one it really holding up to the test though. Can still recommend :)

Thanks for the comment. Ah such a shame it’s too tight a fit for your set-up. Maybe they will make a ‘plus’ version!? Cool set-up though 😁

thats my exact setup....thank you for sharing this information.
@@OmniVisionElite No problem. Btw: Got me the 6 liter sling from Tenba instead and it’s excellent while cheaper!
The Nomatic Peter McKinnon Sling fits inside the Nomatic Peter McKinnon 35L Camera Backpack.

Top point…! Maybe I should buy an A1 too 😃

Is the strap adjustable like the PD sling bags?
I don’t have a PD sling bag but from what I can see on the website yes it is. It’s a great system 👌🏼
Can it also be used as a hip bag?
I think it would be just a bit too big to be honest. And the straps are not set up for it. Perhaps you could improvise if you didn’t mind the size!?
☺️
Hey! Great video and I love your points. But when you said it doesn't come with straps for the tripod, mine actually did! It was zippered inside
Ah interesting. I had heard that on later shipments it was included. Glad to hear it and hope you are enjoying the bag :0
Great review, but I don’t like the graphic of the skull on the side. Deal breaker for me. Just saying.
Thanks for watching. And fair shout on the skull - I guess it would not be for everyone.
Love seeing your pretty face, but since this is supposed to be a review of the sling, would have been nice to see a bit more of the sling. IJS 😃😃
No problem :)
