Thank you Venkatesh! I used to do it my own way! My family members always love it. It's my daughter's birthday and to make it special today I tried your way with a minor change in ingredients. Instead of pineapple I used all dry fruits and still achieved the same consistency. Everyone loved it.

I have made quite a few dishes using Venkatesh Bhat sir’s recipes. I am commenting specifically for this recipe as this addressed one of the key problems of my kesari- it becoming dry or hard soon after it is made. I followed the recipe to the T (except the pineapple part) and boy did I receive compliments. And as promised- the kesari tasted as it did when I made it and all I had to do was heat it a bit. Amazing! Thank you 😊

Added little extra water, it came out excellent. I am very passionate about cooking and level of details you provide and perfection it brings is simply unparalleled. Tomorrow (next week), I am going to try your milagu kuzhambu.
