Maybe im just a bit of a jormag fanboy but man IBS could've been so good, bjora and drizzlewood were great maps. The concept of an elder dragon manipulating the charr to becoming willing minions is probably the coolest idea in game and it sucks it didn't get due justice
Id pay actual money for them to go back and fix them, keep the DRMS but add genuine story in between them to develop the tension with primordus and have jormag get super cocky to explain why they'd be willing to confront primo with the final fight

I would add a second mode for DRM where they cut out most, if not all, dialoges and escorts to make the replayability a lot better
The IBS maps in themselfs were actually pretty good, the problem with IBS is everything around that. The story often felt really random and had an aweful pacing, dragon response missions were just really bad fractals with forced boring story + 27 out of the 29 masteries were pointless and only existed so you have a reason to grind
Definitely! DRM should have had an exploration mode like dungeons with minimum dialogue and escorts.
The story imo is actually really good even with its strong downsides. There's more positive than negative moments. Far from perfect tho 💩
The masteries are probably the worst ones to date, just the fact they sepparated the attunements into 3 separate tracks. Shouldve been one combined.
But still, storywise LW4 is the best among other living worlds.
Oh definitely, I'd argue lws4 might be on par, maybe better, than some expansions (mentioning no names 👀)
