Just absolutely magnificent. To see four approaching the hill together brings a real cheer. I saw all set off this year after a long absence and determined to ensure I do every one from now on. Thank you so much for this.

Excellent video. Thank you. I have occasionally seen a video of the odd old vehicle running at modest speed but some of those cars really motor right along. Exhilarating and scary at the same time! I will search for more videos of the L to B run.

Fantastic to see these old vehicles still running . Congrats to their owners for keeping them in working order .How many miles to the gallon would they usually get ? It must take most of them many hours to reach Brighton ?

Used to go and watch these from the Purley Way, outside Waddon Station. As a kid I thought it was an important race. Then they took me to see “Genevieve” and I thought it was even more important. Hardly exists these days
