Allie, is the best, positive, real, humble, so happy he is improving. I hope she is able to race a few more steeplechases this Summer and drop that PR again.

She’s such a likable humble positive person. I only knew about her last week and ended up anticipating her Olympic trials hoping she makes it after watching a few of her videos.
She was taking a drug called spironolactone for acne and didn’t know it was banned. It’s a diuretic so banned because it’s considered a masking agent, not because it would increase athletic performance. She has a RUclips video all about it and how she has learned the hard way to cross check the list for everything now.

She did do the world cross championship in the last 3 years. She is mostly talking about on track running
