I think I rediscovered HB because of you... started with all the faux floral and greenery, and now vases, vessels, trays, paintings... Definitely, they are stepping out of the farmhouse vibe and presenting a new more desirable style. Of course, all that would be invisible to me without YOU!!!!! Great video highlighting HLs new direction. Imo, they are giving us something that Target is not. Beautiful looks and style for a much cheaper price point. Although I complained when they raised their prices, they did not sacrifice quality. Of course they still have their sales which is great. While I do still like Target items here and there, I feel disappointed with their quality lately. In contrast, HL is just serving! 🖤
I haven’t been in Target in awhile …. But have also heard the same thing from my subscribers. The latest drop from Studio McGee lacked quality and things felt very cheap given prices are higher all around. I think HL is great to trickle into existing new and old decor for the designer curated look. ❤
Love Hobby Lobby but for a while all I was getting was Christmas and floral. It was like it was just too farm housey. Good to see they are paying attention to trends.

10000%%%% I picked up two of the smaller vases from todays video and styled it with one of my antique find artwork pieces. I don’t think we should buy the whollllllleeee capsule, but incorporate some of it with existing new and old items. ❤those are the best curated spaces (IMO)

I got two cream distressed vases.. one that's a single handled jug and one double handled. I styled it with one of my antique artwork pieces. I only paid 27$ for both! So pretty!

I bought a big black vase from a different store. It ended up being way bigger than I thought it would be. So I now have it next to my end table with nothing in it. I bought two stems to put in it. But they looked way too small. So I need to get something else for the inside. It’s going to have to be big. I am looking for something to hang in my bedroom. I usually just look online. But I haven’t found anything with the colors I need. I just bought a new burnt orange quilt for fall. And I got it early. It’s not a color you can always find anything in. I’m definitely a thumbs up for HL. But I just wish there was one closer to me.

I went yesterday, got 3 vases. I do own pottery barn vases and these definitely compete with them got 3 for half the price of one I would buy at Pottery Barn. I had not gone to a hobby lobby in 3 years because I was way over the farmhouse face.
It's cool though that you can mix in HL lower price point items with your nicer PB. I'm sure it looks beautiful all together. I think many were over the phase.... happy to see them bringing some new fresh items! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!

I could totally see that actually. I can even see it with the colors that are trending too. We are seeing a lot of "horse" inspired items and prints which is such a RL iconic symbol. You are on to something ......
I just visited my HL yesterday and loved the vase/vessel section so much! What do you think of the more glazed-looking vases? I picked up a green one put it in my cart and I ended up putting it back. I just wasn't sure about the glazed look. Thanks for another great video!!
Honestly, the green glazed were some of my favorites. I didn’t pick up cause at the time they weren’t on sale. But I think the color and glazed finish is very pretty! ❤

There were a few. The larger black almost hour glass shaped one, green glazed and a few cream distressed handled ones. I think they did a great job allowing people to buy looks for less. Not everyone can afford a $100 vintage vessel. I think you can achieve the look with these. Shoot, even change the colors and texture of them to make them different. 🙌🏼
i love hobby lobby..i can pretty much find something everytime i go. i have to say im not much of a fan of their vases and pottery. i would say i like maybe 1 out of 30? i love the shapes..its the way they are distressed or colored that im not much of a fan for..🤷🏻♀️

I think you’re a prime example of HL needing to shift to caterer to their audience. Most people are over the modern farm house and verbiage signs (not all….. but a majority). So, it’s nice to see new fresh items. I agree…. Holiday & fall… very redundant😢

10000%%%% I picked up two of the smaller vases from todays video and styled it with one of my antique find artwork pieces. I don’t think we should buy the whollllllleeee capsule, but incorporate some of it with existing new and old items. ❤those are the best curated spaces (IMO)

I got two cream distressed vases.. one that's a single handled jug and one double handled. I styled it with one of my antique artwork pieces. I only paid 27$ for both! So pretty!

I bought a big black vase from a different store. It ended up being way bigger than I thought it would be. So I now have it next to my end table with nothing in it. I bought two stems to put in it. But they looked way too small. So I need to get something else for the inside. It’s going to have to be big. I am looking for something to hang in my bedroom. I usually just look online. But I haven’t found anything with the colors I need. I just bought a new burnt orange quilt for fall. And I got it early. It’s not a color you can always find anything in. I’m definitely a thumbs up for HL. But I just wish there was one closer to me.

mmm... I think I love the thrill of the find. I love antiquing and finding boutiques with unique items. I'm seeing the same thing over and over all over youtube and instagram. It's like shopping at Target and purchasing items then getting rid of them a season later. I want to find items that I love and that makes my home curated and found. Thumbs down for me. Totally understand your point and agree. I don’t think anyone should strive for buying a hobby lobby showroom or a full Target collection. But I think it’s how people incorporate new items WITH old for a beautiful curated and original look! ❤

I went yesterday, got 3 vases. I do own pottery barn vases and these definitely compete with them got 3 for half the price of one I would buy at Pottery Barn. I had not gone to a hobby lobby in 3 years because I was way over the farmhouse face.
It's cool though that you can mix in HL lower price point items with your nicer PB. I'm sure it looks beautiful all together. I think many were over the phase.... happy to see them bringing some new fresh items! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment!

I just visited my HL yesterday and loved the vase/vessel section so much! What do you think of the more glazed-looking vases? I picked up a green one put it in my cart and I ended up putting it back. I just wasn't sure about the glazed look. Thanks for another great video!!
Honestly, the green glazed were some of my favorites. I didn’t pick up cause at the time they weren’t on sale. But I think the color and glazed finish is very pretty! ❤
They are definitely getting better style, I have been coveting a cute daisy vase, but its probably gone😒 if you get a chance show the new faux branches and flowers.

There were a few. The larger black almost hour glass shaped one, green glazed and a few cream distressed handled ones.
I think they did a great job allowing people to buy looks for less. Not everyone can afford a $100 vintage vessel. I think you can achieve the look with these. Shoot, even change the colors and texture of them to make them different. 🙌🏼

i love hobby lobby..i can pretty much find something everytime i go. i have to say im not much of a fan of their vases and pottery. i would say i like maybe 1 out of 30? i love the shapes..its the way they are distressed or colored that im not much of a fan for..🤷🏻♀️

I have not been a fan of HL for a while, but these new items are definitely getting me back in there. I couldnt not make up my mind so I bought three. Now if they could only follow that into the Christmas department…same products year after year…🥱
I think you’re a prime example of HL needing to shift to caterer to their audience.
Most people are over the modern farm house and verbiage signs (not all….. but a majority). So, it’s nice to see new fresh items. I agree…. Holiday & fall… very redundant😢
