She said she didn’t make the concealer and foundation to make the shade the concealer is supposed to be a little lighter as the perfect highlighting shade. But ofc you can pick any color you want it’s just good for beginners.

“She” is right here. And concealers are worn under or on top of makeup depend on what concern you have. If you are trying to correct darkness before applying makeup feel free to apply it before. I am brightening, as you see in the video it worked 🤗
