Thank you Dick, Mr. Heinie is a true treasure you’re very fortunate to have a relationship with him. I’m a lifelong 1911 guy (Fudd) and also have had a few Hi Powers ( first one cost $114.00 NIB)! I’ve never had the privilege of owning nor handling one of Mr. Heinie’s works of art. But watching the interview, watching the way he handles almost caressing his firearms it’s easy to tell he’s a true highly talented craftsman. I’m sure JMB looks down and smiles. Maybe one day before I pass I’ll get to have the pride of owning a Heinie built! Thanks again, good stuff.

This was great Mr. Fairburn. It made me realize I'm an old feller. I remember the Devels, Asps, and the Detonics. It also brought back memories of Jerry Ahern. Thanks.

I'd love to hear more in depth about sights. Width height, shape, how much light for which purpose, surfaces, beads, coloring or marking the front sight. There is so much knowledge. I hope he'll do an interview on hipowers with BH spring solutions.

All your videos are perfect for me as I appreciate the history, the memories related to over 75 years of Colts, and many other arms. I'm just concentrated on percussion these days, especially as a retired peace officer living in Commifornia. Thank you for your many words of wisdom...

Oh, you want more topics? OK = how about micro or mini guns for deep deep concealment or back up gun. Like the NAA revolvers for example.

The debate created a political earthquake. You were right Dick - Biden basically crashed and burned of course... so here we go. Looking forward to watching the rest of this. Thanks!!

I have known Richard since the early 90s and I dealt with him when I was working for Marc Krebs. He was kinda of a grouch at times but I knew he was always real busy. Miss his bootie he always wore in his shop.

Good for Richard to take up hobbies/interests with his wife - if I had done that, I might still be married...

Interesting video . Back when pride was taken in your work . More so than today IMHO. You do such good videos and content that your subscribers should be into the millions. I’m sure they’ll improve greatly as people find you . Everyone pass these on to friends and hopefully they’ll pass them on to others. I do believe you’re spot on also , there’s too much wrong going on in this country now . Everything is screwed up. And I mean EVERYTHING. And it’s being done on purpose. Nobody is incompetent enough to make this many mistakes. Carry on ! Stay prayed 🙏 up and loaded up ! 💕

What's your thoughts about the M1 30 carbine? Ruger makes a Black Hawk chambered in the 30 carbine. I have both, would you consider them good guns to keep on hand?

With soft point ammo the .30 Carbine is a decent 100 yard self-defense rifle. Not sure how much expansion you would get from the shorter Blackhawk barrel. Fire them into some water-filled milk jugs and see what you get.

Sir, with all due respect did you forget about the few of us that want you to do a video on the Illinois State Police load and the federal plus P plus ? I know you probably have a lot going on. Maybe I love your videos but however I just want you to talk about that load. Please be safe. Thank you

Which Federal load are you interested in? I have some old ISP Q ammo on hand and a hodgepodge of old Federal stuff.
