Becky Cantu I love the Truth Balm, I wear it on top of the osmosis correct. This combination is one that Brianna recommended as well and I have found to make my skin glow the next day. I would start with those two products for the most bang for your buck however they’re not cheap

Hi Brianna, I’m loving my NuFace device, I use it with the gel that comes with it but before I start, I spray my face with a hyaluronic acid serum disolved in water. The more wet your face is, the more effective , and believe me, it’s a really big difference. You will noticed instantly, so much firmer.

Hi Brianna! Yes, Nuface is everything. Will never be without. I’ve gone through 2 minis before investing in the bigger version. You can totally carve out that jawline. Love.

Becky Cantu it has toned, tightened and lifted around the jaw lines and mouth as well as eyes. But you have to be very consistent. Using the device ever day.
Which Osmosis Vit A level do you recommend for someone who has already been using retinol products? Do you feel it is more efficacious than the Truth retinol 5%? I have been using natural organic aloe gel as a primer, I am told it serves the same purpose as a conductor,, what are your thoughts on this ?
Love all the products! Want to try the Truth Treatments vit C when I am done w my Mae Love. What are your thoughts on mixing the TNS serum w the Osmosis Vit A Clarity? I mix them and am curious if I am not doing them justice by doing so. Also if I use a salicylic acid toner for acne after washing, can I still use the Osmosis Clarity? I typically dont mix the acids w the Clarity. I have a glycolic treatment combo from Drunk Elephant too. I need simple but effective. Maybe I over do it! lol Who knows - but I would love to have your Young skin!! Thank u!!

Omg that toner is the best! Depending on your skin type, dry skin I’d say 3 times a week. And oily skin can do 4 to 5 times a week with that one ❤️❤️

yes you can...it does nothing to fillers or botox. Its just suggested you dont use it 2 weeks after getting fillers or botox ;)

i have one at home too i think its works. Helped with my hypopigmented spot (burn from curling iron) as well with two brown spots on my cheeks

Love your channel. Never used a device, but I do facial exercises and they tone the facial muscles. I use Facercise from Carol Maggio. Im 35 and I've been doing it for years people think i'm on my 20s. Other people do face yoga and other facial exercises and look younger. I need to buy more skin care products though.
I'm a new subscriber's of yours... I'm in my 50'and never used retin a. I never struggled with any specific issue, but now my skin becomes mature, and can see a little of sagging.. I would like to start with retin a snd vit C in my pm skincare. What would you recommend me? And should I use one a, night and the other one another night?

Have you ever used the Mario Badescu Glycolic acid toner? I tried it for the first time today and loved how it made my skin feel. But, concerned about using it daily. (I have dry skin early signs of aging). Too harsh for daily use? What do you think? Btw, the smell yuck too stong, hope i get used to it.

I love your recommendations and have bought probably 90% but you can absolutely get Botox for crow’s feet! Thank god bc I use the AGE complex and it helped but didn’t come close to head Botox did!
Haha yes Botox can be used on the side of the eyes for crows feet but I’m talking about the under eye and the skin all around the under eye. Botox can not be used there 😊

What would you suggest for a 52 year old female that is just learning about medical grade. I have been doing curlogy tretinion 0.02%, azelaic 5%, niacinamide 4%. I dont like how it makes me pill. I only do this MWF. Im on a drug store budget. So which medical grade product do I start first. Do you have a sample kit I can start with?

I love the Herbivore Botanicals brand! They have three other facial oils and all of them are amazing! I also love their Rose Hibiscus facial mist. Their products are usually organic and all natural with no dangerous or irritating ingredients.

Jelena Abbou They do not smell like just rose, there are other natural scents present as well. Plus it is natural fragrance from essential oils and extracts. What a lot of people think smells like rose is way to strong and overpowering to be a natural rose scent. So it’s not going to smell like rose scented “conventional” beauty products. But I can smell the hint of rose.
btw organic in skin care its not regulated like organic food
Jelena Abbou Ok....You can still read the ingredients list and decide if you are comfortable or not with those ingredients. BTW there are certifications for organic beauty products.

You can absolutely layer those two together and even cocktail them together in your palm and use together ;)
Yes magic happens! Woo hoo! For me Retin A is gentle enough and use the THD vitamin C everynight!! Huge game changer!!! Medical grade all the way! Your skin definitely looks so much plumper since you've been using that A&C together👍😍
Is it bad to follow my exfoliating toner with a hydrating toner? Then add vitamin A product? Like am I lowering my exfoliating product?
I have finally order TNS Serum for face and eye. I didn't want to spend the money but the main reason I decided to try it is that Stephanie Marie said she can use it and she is Sensitive Skin. I have used a regimem with dozens of quality products a.m. and p.m and developed really bad rashes on my face - and could not get rid of them. Even 1% hydrocortisone did not help. So I ordered the TNS and I am trying. I need moisture, but I have no idea what to try.
I bought the cleanser too. I need a moisturizer, I cannot use Vit C on my face, any acids cause the rash to flare up. Asking for recommendations.
What about avene for redness and vessels ? I still see some reden Ed’s is it good for long term or there’s much better

I bought all the products from this routine, and I found that my skin became more dry than before (my makeup ends up settling into more creases the next day just because the skin is much more dry). I'm wondering if that's a temporary side effect of any of these products? I'm waiting and dreaming of those supple, plump skin days 🙏🙏 Wondering how long it takes to get results with this routine! Thank you :)
Brigina Walton My friend just told me she had the same dryness issue from this device. If I’m not mistaken I think drinking water can help as the currents can potentially be dehydrating you/your facial muscles. (Not positive though!)

Before using a microcurrent device you don't need to use their expensive "primers". I use Banana Boat aloe vera gel & it actually works better. Save your money :)
fuzzynubbins I can’t use the Nuface gel it makes my skin burn its sucks because I bought five tubes of the gel so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting any for a long time so I will definitely try Talavera I’ve just been using it anyway but it’s not something I look forward to using but I love the results from the machine so I keep doing it lol!!!!!

I feel I never get to see the results other people see when they use medical grade products.
Becky Cantu my crows feet are literally nonexistent and it has moved out my 11 lines I also have the ELF attachment i’ve had it a total of 2 1/2 months I think that if you are consistent you will see results they say to use it five times a week but I was using it seven days a week and started seeing results within a month and a half of use!! Now I only use it three days a week Monday Wednesdays and Fridays to maintain it!!
The Primers have hyaluronic acid in it for anti-aging as well...the aloe vera doesn't.
Have you ever used cleansing oils or balms instead of bioderma or does that not work for you?

Brianna-- question for you. I just placed my first order about 3 weeks ago. I got a cleanser, an exfoliant, a moisturizer and a cream for neck, chest and hands. If I can afford to add one more product to my skin care, which one would you recommend? I’m 51 years ago with normal to dry skin. Only the occasional acne but it’s few and far between. I’ve only had Botox one time and only in my forehead.

I use the serum during the day and the balm at night....the balm is similar but very hydrating at the same time ;)
Hi! Can/should I do the Osmosis Vitamin A, then Osmosis rescue, then truth balm? Or is that too much in one routine? I have both the level 4 renew and the clarify that I alternate. The vitamin A is thicker than rescue so I originally thought rescue should go first but now I've confused myself and over thought the order. Help!
I know this is late, but I do! I use Rescue, Correct and then the C balm at night 😊
