  • WOW! America you have have so many beautiful landscapes. On this little miniature adventure I visited the Moonscape Overlook. Known for its wild selfie view point, which of course I captured.
This particular location does require some research to get to and weather permitting, you can reach it in a normal car and camper, but its advisable to take a 4x4.
With this location I took an arsenal of lenses from 16-35, 20mm prime, 70-200 and a 18mm prime. I also carried with me my DJI mini 3 pro.
I hope you like this video on this location as drone shots can be amazing as well as camera stills.
If you ever decide to visit Utah put this on your bucket list of places to see.
Please do hit that like and subscribe to be notified of the next video.
I must thank all of you for your support so far.

Wow, what a fantastic video. Parts of the scenery and how you portray them reminds me of you climbing and shooting from Sgorr Tuath in Assynt. The dimensions are somewhat different and Utah is certainly drier though. 😂 Keep enjoying this trip. Looking forward to the next spot. Oh btw, with this hat and the headlamp being in this location … You would have easily made it into the cast for Mad Max 😃😉 … cheers

Had a photographer friend climb out on that perch and I was awestruck watching him calmly take photos knowing that certain death was at least 320 degrees around him. Impressive to say the least. That was until i was in Boulder Utah and saw a photo of a nude woman with a billowing scarf in obviously strong winds on that same perch. Now that was really impressive!

Great drone shots at the intro and a very scary perch!

Nicely done! Was just there at the end of October where I spent 4 days roaming around central Utah which is the most beautiful landscape on the planet IMHO. I will be back!

You’ll need a car for sure, if you Google map Factory Butte, you will then see a few roads take the Skyline road. It will take you straight there.

It’s really not a great idea to promote that dangerous part of the cliff as the “selfie spot”. A young man just died there in January because of wanting a selfie. It was the last photo ever taken of him alive. So many beautiful spots to take all kinds of photos without risking your life. I really hope people don’t try to reproduce your shots. 😣
