Seems strange to have a full sized refrigerator as well as a mini refrigerator… especially in a small studio. Seems like more cabinets would have been a wiser choice.
Who wants to buy, rent,build anywhere in the Philippines. Does anyone know that the Philippines do NOT have water treatment in existence. They use septic tanks to store all waste. Septic tanks needs to emptied or siphon but what to do with the waste…if there no water treatment? Disposed to river streams that feeds to the ocean. Do your research there is only 5% water system infrastructure in the Philippines. Water treatment is a basic need. No wonder Philippines continues to be a 3rd world country. Such basic infrastructure as Warner treatment does NOT bloody EXIST OMG what the hell….

Gorgeous studio, it has more amenities than I would need. I do not need a swimming pool or a gym. I prefer to walk around outside.
still can walk outside the complex very safe area
it is an aftermarket bidet seat, and that is the control panel to control front spray rear spray etc.

Hi Mike and Janet. I like this apartment and at about $500 I think its a pretty good deal. If I was going to live in Cebu I would rent it.
