I recommend the official Arduino Starter Kit. Teaches you the basics of wiring the Arduino

You need to learn the arduino starter kit tutorial first bc whoever got this gift for you wasnt fully aware that it has an advanced arduino software but i think u have to code the whole thing yourself to set the password and bluetooth since you got no tutorial so heres what you need to learn:

Coding in C++-
Knowing how to attach codes into the arduino parts-
