Hi Steve, not 100% sure on this long covid thing but still very unsure of any injections we all took! Maybe getting effects from that? Hope it all passes soon for you fingers crossed - Andy and Kim.

Sorry to hear!
It may be helpful to think of it less as Long Covid and more as ME/CFS aka Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
As far as I can tell the symptom cluster is very similar despite many (often unknown) triggers.
Been around for ages. Just mostly ignored so far.
