I'm really tired of people accusing me of being negative. They say to me if you just think more positive you'll feel much better. They're not educated about this, and they don't have a clue what they're talking about. My patience has run thin with the people around me, and when they talk like this, I just let him have it. The human race is lacking in empathy.

Carnivore diet. Lot of proteins, at least 150 grams a day. Lot of fat, animal fat, same amount, but you must adapt your body to eat fat, slowly incorporate fat in your diet. No sacharides of any kind. Sugars, fizzy drinks, bakery products, pasta atc. Give this diet 6 months. Healing miracle, lot of proteins for body repairs. Eat as much eggs (grass fed) you can. High cholesterol, bunch of lies. Use animal fat as your primary energy source instead of sacharides of any kind, forget about fiber. Body needs exactly zero fiber and zero exogenous carbs. Have own endogenous source, gluconeogenesis.

    There's nothing new here...
Viruses and bacteria infections have led to certain individuals losing health. I was diagnosed with late stage lyme, and after being on 29 to 30 antibiotics, I still suffer from ME/CFS.
It's just now coming to light because there are thousands suffering from long covid.
By the way , I, too, have been diagnosed with long covid.
Attention should have been chronic fatigue long ago then maybe we would have been farther along by now.

There are a few areas that need attention in order to feel better. Mitochondrial function, the NAD+ kynurenine pathway recycling all need attention. Covid creates tremendous dysfunction with the Kynurenine pathway...creating toxic metabolites in the brain such as quinolinic Acid. Zinc can become depleted creating copper overload which adds to anxiety depression and mitochondrial thyroid dysfunction. One needs to pay attention to nutrients to combat the methylation cycles

I got covid on January 5th, 2022 and having long covid ever since. I have a few dozens syndrome from my hair, head to toes, from skin to all my internal organs, from bones to eyesight, from nerves damaged like balance, walking to do basic stuff like forgetfulness, anxieties, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeats, lungs, heart, digestive system, kidneys, liver...every parts of my body is compromised, extreme fatigue, excruciating pain especially around back, hips, knees, bones, muscles. Ohhh god too much to list. I was an active person before covid from running 5 miles, hiking many mountains, biking, ice-skating, dancing, full of life, vibrant, beautiful, fit, successful (I'm 49yrs old ) before covid i look early 20's most people thinks i even looks younger. Everyone thinks I'm a sister with my two daughters (ages 22 & 24 now )after the covid i look like a grandma, my hair turned gray, skin wrinkles, sagged, (whole body turned yellow but it turned back to normal now,) i have no life, everyday is just a survival day, managing & eliminating the pain, discomfort, breathing day. I don't see any parts of my body that doesn't affect by covid....
To be honest, i want to end my life so many times but i think my daughters need me & i want to be a good mom to them & if they havd kids i want to be a good grandma to their kids. The only things help me with most of tge symptoms are staying outside the sunlight all day.

An Australian government agency study has found that symptoms of so called "long covid" were no different from those who struggled to recover from other viral illnesses. Queenslands chief health officer said it is time to stop using the term "Long Covid".
Is this apostasy of the science we all trust or perhaps we've been duped and are just unhealthy people? I often question the DNA contamination in the safe and effectives I took. The contamination far exceeds levels the FDA consider safe apparently. I know it's heresy to ask questions but I just feel my pfaith in the science is waning and maybe questions are ok ?

Instead, many of us with ME/CFS have been laughes at, scoffed at, gaslit in the same way as people with long covid. However, there are some very dedicated researchers in this field, and more entering it, so there is hope somewhere on the horizon.

What are you taking to boost your immune system? You should try turkey tail mushrooms. They are an immunomodulator, which means they do what your body needs. If your immune system needs a boost, it gives it one. If it needs to stop attacking your body, it settles it down and stops it from attacking your body.

    Am 68
On April 17, 2024 it will be three years of long COVID for me.
I feel varied symptoms, sometimes which make me very depressed, and sometimes i just live with them.
No one now wants to talk about it, and when i try to tell them my problems, they think i am just a crybaby.
Others who know i am not lying, just ignore me, as my problems are no longer interesting.
Though symptoms vary every now and then,
    the constant symptoms are:
1 Inability to sleep supine, as oxygen still falls enough to wake me up.
And this happens in 10-15 min after falling asleep.
So, i have to sleep on my side.
2 Sleep was never a problem for me, but during COVID i was hardly able to sleep for total half an hour a day in 5 to 10 minute nap a time.
Then it got a little better and in 2022, as it went up to total 4 hours a day.
Till date it has become 3-4 hours a day.
    3 Almost no tears
    4 Almost no smell
    5 Altered taste
    6 Reduced saliva
7 Many symptoms of strange working of my brain.
When an ophthalmologist prescribed 4 kinds of drops for extreme dryness of eyes, i started putting them in my nose too.
When my nose is quite wet due to these drops, i sometimes get some smell.
What i think is - when COVID starts, people should be given drops for dryness of eyes and nose.
May be if the eyes and nose are kept moist during the active disease, the cells which sense smell etc, won't dry up and won't get hurt.

You need to replenish your bodies methylation by various supplements. NAD plus precursors, b vitamins, magnesium Zinc and various methylation supplements

I got COVID in March 2020. This was before a vaccine was available. I developed Long COVID that cycled in severity between bed-ridden and feeling like I had full blown COVID again, to somewhat milder episodes where I could perform a few basic tasks and get a some minor things done around the house. I had to be very careful as the slightest amount of overdoing it would put me down for longer stretches of time. The cycles ran their course over 5 to 7 days nonstop. At the 1 year mark (March 2021) I once again consulted my PCP about what could treatments could possibly help. He said that his team has had some isolated, but significant success in reducing the Long symptoms by vaccinating patients. At this point I was sinking into depression and despair. I was starting to scare myself when I was researching the most pain-free ways to off oneself, and how to make sure your life insurance policy would still pay your family. I then asked my doctor why he would recommend getting vaccinated when I probably already had antibodies. He said a lot of people are testing negative for antibodies even after confirmed COVID infection. Because of the stealth nature of the virus, often times the body cannot get a clean read on the spike protein code necessary to make effective neutralizing antibodies. He and several peers had come to the conclusion that in SOME cases Long COVID was caused by a chronic infection. He told me that (theoretically) the vaccine will stimulate the proper antibodies that would allow the body to clear the infection. I was ready to gamble on this since I was all but ready to just give up. Within 3 weeks, I had returned mostly to pre-covid baseline. There were a few lingering issues, such as some mild, but permanent, cognitive dysfunction, and the development of diabetes, but in general I had my life back. A few others individuals that I know were dealing with Long COVID as well. A few saw some significant improvement with vaccination, while a couple saw no improvement. There was only 1 other who had the same dramatic improvement that I had. I spoke with my PCP about this nonuniform result. He said that in the cases that were driven exclusively by viral persistence, they were seeing dramatic improvements. In cases where there was viral persistence with a post viral fatigue syndrome or autoimmune response, they were seeing improvement, but the patients were still dealing with the resulting condition. In some their bodies had already cleared the virus, but they developed MCAS, ME/CFS, POTS, and/or a combination of pathologies. These folks were the least likely to respond favorably.

You can recover. The solution won't be given by your dang doctor. It's gotta come from inside. Chill. Don't pour gasoline on the fire. You're entertaining it. I'm 100% about this. LC is hypersensitivity gone wild.

Interestingly, Dr. Sehuelt at Medcram points out that vitamin D is a bit of a red herring in dealing with COVID. In "The Vitamin D Paradox in COVID-19 and Why It Predicts But Doesn't Always Protect" he explains that the link is often sunlight: More sun is definitely helpful in managing COVID-19 and Long Covid. Apart from that, vitamin D by itself is not so useful.

It took me more than 25 Years to discover this thing. I am a very severe patient of pneumonia and inflammation. I have a very sensitive body and if I eat anything inflammatory, my body becomes sensitive and I face either inflammation or pneumonia at a time. I checked it out by eating particular fruit, vegetable or grain for a particular time period . So it took me more than 25 Years to sort out these foods. During covid 19 infection, in some cases a patient's immune system becomes too sensitive and it produces excessive mucus. And if it is not controlled on time ,it takes a form of septic and the patient dies. What i am going to tell you, it is a natural way to control the over inflammation. Please read it thoroughly.
    Non inflammatory diet plan.
    1. All the products that are made from/of wheat and barley but not bread, biscuits or cookies because they contain vegetables oils.2. All the products that are made from pure animal milk like curd, cheese, ghee, butter clarified etc. 3. Paprika powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, sea salt, tea, white sugar. Mustard oil. 4. All, non - vegetable foods like mutton, chicken, fish, eggs, pork, beef etc.5. Apricot, lemon (not limes).6. Masoor daal, cinnamon. (mostly these grains and fruits are grown only in cold areas. ) I tell you, I used to face pneumonia or inflammation severely after every two or three months time period. A small scratch or cut on body used to take a form of a wound that did take months to get treated. I faced septic six times so far. when I got fed up by taking the antibiotics and they stopped working. I have no option but that. There are many things that are inflammatory and make a human body inflamed. if you have a sensitive body and you eat these things. Your body acts overwhelmingly, it produces more mucus or more white platelets to counter the problem. Sometimes the immune system becomes autoimmune and it acts overwhelmingly without a reason. Generally a human body does take 12 to 15 days to produce antibodies against any virus. In covid 19 infection, in some cases the human body acts overwhelmingly and produces more mucus. And before having the immunity the patient faces saptic and this is the reason the affected person dies. tell me the reason, why on a ventilator, a patient condition gets better after 6 or 8 days. It is just because he does not eat anything but he takes glucose for surviving and as I told you glucose is a non - inflammatory food. Second thing, during covid 19 infection many animals like dogs, cats and lions got affected with this virus but none of them was dead, I tell you why, covid 19 is not fatal for animals, it is just because of their feeds. Why won't the animals face gangrene, mums and excessive inflammation problems. It is not a natural deed. I tell you if you strictly eat only none-vegetarians grilled or boiled foods for 15 to 18 days without any sort of spices except lemon (not lime because lime is very inflammatory thing ). As we know that vitamin 'c' is a must to boost out immunity and none of the meaty foods provides vitamin c there. You can take sea salt, it is none inflammatory too. If you follow this diet plan very very strictly, you start to observe the results after four or five days and you can achieve zero inflammation withing 15 to 18 days. So please have a trust on it, and apply this diet plan strictly for 15 to 18 days and see the results by yourself. If you follow this thing during covid 19 infection you never face the worst and you never need a vantilater support to breathe.
Note - you have to follow this diet plan very very strictly for 15 to 18 days. A little thing except the described diet plan can affect the whole result so apply this diet plan very very strictly. By Following this diet plan strictly you can treat mums, gangrene, herpes, pneumonia inflammation and any sort of fatal wound that hasn't been getting cured for a long time. Dear readers, I was a very severe patient of pneumonia and I had been facing it since my childhood. But now it's been three years. I won't face it and I have been living a strict but healthy life without any medication. I tell you the doctors will never recommend you this thing because they do not know it. And with this thing you can cure many incurable diseases without spending a single penny. This thing has no side effect. I mailed this thing to many doctors and one of them took this thing seriously. She practiced this thing on her patients. She offered only grilled or boiled none-vegetarians foods to covid 19 affected petients and she was very surprised to see the results. She admitted that corona virus could not have survived for more than four days and sooner they got rid of this dreadful virus veryeasily. She uploaded a video on youtube on this success, but youtube had removed that video two or three hours later. I don't know why this thing is being suppressed. But I know one thing, it is the only cure for this dreadful problem. In coming future if this thing is proved right, you will be responsible for all the lost of innocent lives that could have been saved. Thank you. If you have any questions or querie, please call me at 9867067377,
Please share this thing with the person who needs it most.
    Thank you.
