for those who aren't following heroaca, there's a character called all might whose tag line is 'watashi ga kita!' (i am here). since the word kenmochi has to describe is 'almighty', he used that phrase and changed the last part to 'ti/ty', hence 'watashi ga kiti/kitati'. i used 'all in all' as the translation of 全体的に (zentaiteki ni) because i think he's referencing to all might's quirk/ability called 'one for all' (someone can correct me on this!). explanation of the game, katakanashi, can be found in my previous vachss video, but i think what yumeo said is enough to get the gist of it.
