1. Tuberculosis: IC junction thickening with necrotic nodes.

Please tell how to differentiate ossifying fibroma from fibrous dysplasia .
Ossifying fibroma will have a sclerotic rim as opposed to FD.

FEGNOMASHIC is a commonly used mnemonic for the differentiation of benign lytic bone lesions. It stands for, F -Fibrous Dysplasia E -Eosinophilic granuloma and Enchondroma G -Giant cell tumour N -Nonossifying fibroma O -Osteoblastoma M-Metastases and Myeloma A -Aneurysmal bone cyst S -Solitary bone cyst H -Hyperparathyroidism (brown tumours) I -Infection FEGNOMASHIC can be shortened further using certain discriminators like age and number of lesions.
