Saka is so beneficial to the Arsenal system. An underrated part of Saka's game is that he doesn't kill the pace of play like Pepe. When Pepe gets the ball on the right he stops the pace of play to a halt and lets the defence sets in while he tries to beat his man (and usually fails). Saka on the othe hand, will keep the ball rolling and try to beat his man with the momentum to get a cross off or cut inside before the defence sets in to get a greater chance of scoring.
