  • If you've got a tiny whoop that you've been bashing around for awhile, it might be time for a good cleaning and perhaps a new battery lead. Perhaps you'll see a similar improvement!

    try direct soldering your motors, it is a bigger improvement. I will never go back, I cut the plugs off all motors now. more power, longer flight times. Also, you can make your own 90 degree bt2.0, just cut the posts down until they are maybe 5 to 7mm long, solder wires in at 90 degrees, then cover wires in hot glue or e6000

    • @AlexGFPV
      @AlexGFPV  Месяц назад

      Solid. I wasnt sure if the plugs made a difference or not besides weight but sounds like its worth a try!

    • @AlexGFPV
      @AlexGFPV  Месяц назад

      Ive been thinking about it but all of mine do that as well... Once ive done the 3 plug thing they all bind right away when plugged in (faster than the goggles at least haha). What situation would the binding phrase be different? Switching between TXs maybe?

      @@AlexGFPV yea but you just set the binding phrase on all your radios that use Elrs then set it on any drone and it will still go onto any of your radios! Not just one, in my opinion its super easy

    • @AlexGFPV
      @AlexGFPV  Месяц назад +1

      Correct. It came from factory with bt2.0. The elbow was to avoid damaging by bending the wires and in crashes. The improvement was from the better joints and wire, not the elbow.

    Does that drone have a screen for seeing live footage? How much does it cost? Is it hard to learn how to fly it?

    • @AlexGFPV
      @AlexGFPV  Месяц назад

      You wear goggles to see the live feed when flying. An fpv setup can be pretty affordable (around 150) to very expensive (1000+). This drone costs around 100, and can be paired with any ELRS controller and analog goggle.

    Hey so this particular model has an issue with chewing up the batt lead. Try securing it to one of the struts with dental floss to keep it out of the way of the props 😊😊
