Peek or Reny screws, DIY 180 deg BT2.0 plug (minimal length, no rubber grommet etc), Monopole vtx antenna (remove the metal shield), smaller canopy screws (no big head), remove the heat shrink from the receiver and use double sided tape to hold it to the FC. Its an easy 1g weight saving. Replacing motor wires with enamel wire, and replacing the heavier betafpv receiver with a lightweight cube antenna one is a bit more extreme but should get it to below 16g or very close to it :)

why not trim the vtx antenna short and loose the metal piece??, saves even more. i do it on all my builds. great job tho!
