practicing yoga with a stuffed nose is so much more extra challenging! the peace i usually feel from my steady breath is not there. this helped me understand this may be a part of why I've been feeling so anxious this week while sick-my breath is not able to naturally flow through my body. yoga always has something to show us:)

This was absolutely perfect. I was diagnosed with covid yesterday and my body was in so much pain. This helped ease all the pains especially in my back and I love the inclusion of breathwork. Now to drink plenty of water
I do yoga regularly but often have to go back to yoga videos to remember to focus my breath. This was so well timed. I'm on the last leg of a non-COVID respiratory nastiness and this really got down in my lungs. I coughed some but in my case it felt like some natural clearing up. Thank you for the video 🙏

I distinctly remember thinking when this video came across my feed ‘Good thing I haven’t had Covid’ and just went on with my day. 😮 Fast forward and I’m at day 5 of Covid with my family and I’m very thankful for you Nico. Today is the first day I’ve been able to stretch and breathe, this sequence was a gentle reintroduction to both of those things.❤
This was amazing. At first, I started feeling some resistance in breathing. I knew I had loosened something up, though, because as I was transitioning into downward dog for the first time, I had to let out this huge cough. Then boom, everything was clear, I felt so amazing.. I'm going to keep this up!! Much appreciated!!💚✨
