  • Every Wednesday is Hell Day also known as consult Day. It’s rough because I see so many patients but amazing because I meet incredible people. Half my day is spent telling patients “no” or guiding them to the light. I see patterns in questions every week and I thought it would be nice to share. Enjoy this one regarding buccal fat, teeth and chin balance.

Recently found your Chanel and I love the information you share! Do you have any videos about your journey to becoming a plastic surgeon?

Can you talk about the opposite. Like if in the late 70’s you had a lot of teeth pulled, braces put on when you were 10 (and a very small 10yr old), with head gear at night, and all went on until you were 14. Yeah, teeth looked good for the face of a 10 to 14 year old. But seems as get older teeth are pushed too far back, and too far in on sides. So maybe not enough support for your mouth and bottom of your face as you age. ???? Any thoughts.

Can you talk about skin boosters such as polynucleotide injection under the eye? They become very popular

You need to tell them to find good a orthognathic surgeon. I just did double jaw surgery in Colombia, $10k, custom titanium plates. 1-month out off the office. Fixed my face and my sleep apnea.

Thank you doc for this informative video. I am in my late 30’s 2 year 6 months before I hit 40. I want to try sculptra to compensate for collagen loss before I hit 40. For my issue regarding nasolabial folds I have drilled down with 2 viable options 1) mid face lift in deep plane vertical restore 2) sculptra(3 viles after my consultation with local plastic surgeon) Can I do a mid face lift after getting sculptra if so after how many months or is it other way around meaning getting a facelift and then sculptra ?Request you to please advise. Also What is recovery time for your deep plane facelift?

Dr, my face started melting and I have now facial imbalance since I had 4 teeth extracted for braces when I was in my early 30s. I don't think I needed extraction - probably a palate expansion would be enough. I'm now 46 and I don't know how to correct it. I don't wanna rely on fillers and botox for the rest of my life. What would you suggest?
