But I'm going to try the truily grass fed butter. Do you have any suggestions on how much to use for truly grass fed for my almond cake?

Home Maker Baker, I made your almond pound cake. I put in four eggs, instead of three. And I put it in the oven, before preheat it in the oven 350 degrees. Okay. I didn't have any all-purpose flour, so I only had almond flour. The cake came out moist and flavored with the almond and vanilla & butter. The only thing I had a problem with the cake it didn't come out as fluffy as yours on the video. My almond pound cake was a little flat. What did I do wrong?
@@TheHomeMakerBaker I followed everything exactly. The butter really is too much. I have made other almond cake recipes too which came out better than this one. The cake tastes good. Just that the texture is very dense so cake doesn't rise much and is not fluffy. Only two people in your comments actually made this recipe and both say the same thing.

You need to follow the recipe exactly to get the same results. Any change would alter the cake

This cake comes out flat. Has too much butter in it.
As long as the recipe is follows exactly with all measures, baking temperature etc, it should come out perfectly
