I watch these videos to help maintain my motivation to be consistent, they aren’t really telling me anything I didn’t already know, but it’s nice to hear it anyway.
I feel people would put too much stock into his aesthetics over his actual great advice. Like what happens to health and fitness influencers without godlike genetics.🤔
**3 Training Habits Sabotaging Your Muscle Gains** 00:00 - 🏋♂ A common frustration is putting in gym effort without seeing expected results, which might be due to certain training habits. 00:50 - 🔁 Habit 1: Sticking to the same training routine without progression can hinder muscle growth. To overcome this, incorporate various progression strategies, like changing weights, reps, or workout frequency. 01:59 - 🏋♀ Habit 2: Overtraining favorite exercises or muscles can lead to imbalances. It's important to train all muscle groups evenly and consider starting workouts with weaker lifts to ensure balanced development. 03:26 - 📺 Habit 3: Excessively watching fitness content without applying it in practice can be counterproductive. Ensure to apply knowledge gained from videos and focus on actual workouts rather than just consuming content.
Honestly I love the don't watch do, personally I always go to the gym when I have too, but watching almost only fitness content when im not training REALLY helps for knowledge
I’m currently working on how I recover, definitely don’t give myself enough time. Trying to work on it and I’m doing well at the moment, I’ve been resting for 7 years.
I would add:know when it's optimal to push yourself that session or if it's better to either take things easier or changing types of exercise (like instead of weights use bands or free weights),so your joints can recover and at the same time you still can train a bit
working out is so scary because there's so much I have to get right otherwise its all for nothing and I barely know anything about working out and ive been just getting most of my advice online as I am working out at home with just dumbbells and bodyweight
I dint use shacks or needles abd I'm stronger in body mass than most of my friends with as much effort as possible for a clean build up. I sleep regularly and on time, exercise days a week and focus on eating as much protein in ny diet as possible. I can bench press 150kg with 3x sets of 15. I've been doing the gym for 16 years and Ive had a natural adaptation towards ny goals unlike friends which take some shackles and barely hit 105kg...
Training the same way can just be translated to switching to a more difficult exercice I've developed some good calves from cycling and sparring footwork alone but nowadays going with the bike is just a light cardio session for me
I was watching this video and i miss gym but cant do it cause ive just got my tooth extraction yesterday.. God i miss lifting heavy ass weights in the gym
I started and continued lifting because of heartbreaks, but my depression only got bigger because I'm slowly getting the feeling it's not about big muscles, I need to build an actual personality for social success 😵 Not sure tho, maybe even bigger muscles will do? 😂
I think what he's saying is that once you plateau you should switch it up and do weaker first. Maybe those weaker parts are hurting your compound gains. But if you're still progressing and happy then stick with what you're doing. (And yeah compound first is smart otherwise you're too tired)
Okay sorry to ask but what do we mean by train it by "train all muscles 2- 3 times a week. For example is this 2 days biceps 2 days shoulders 3 days legs 2 days tricep 2 days back etc I don't really understand. At the moment I do each thing once a week and literally can't do any more so what am I missing thanks :)
Thanks for the breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
So if i trained all muscles twice that can lead to 6 days at the gym, will it effect my performance or anything on that matter? In general is training 6 days a week bad? Thank u ❤
I lift until I almost shit my pants, I take creatine (no protein powder, that actually makes me shit my pants), and I eat a lot. Got a new booty in 3 months
My biceps tendons often get inflammation, it does hurt in daily activities but stops my training farther. I usually do pull ups, around 10-15. i am thinking using support to increase quantity to strengthen tendon. Will it help?
I think you need to look into stretching and flexibility. There's a chance you're cranking exercises with your hand placement or forearms slightly crooked. Biceps shouldn't have much issue outside of Over training but if it always hurts you might be doing them at an angle.
How bad is it to have a cold shower straight after your workout? like around 15 minutes after? I have recently been researching about it and I have learned that it can decrease gains. How true is this?
You're doing a fantastic job! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
@@SMFizzy cuz you can do one more set without actually progressing. You can do even 50 more.if more set meant more muscle we would all needed 50+ sets per muscle. Only if you can do heavier weights or more reps with same weight than your last session means progressive overload. That means youre on the right track
Unless the comment is a joke, I can say that breathing the right way is a very important variable in workouts or even sparring. Some people tend to hold their breath while doing workouts, and it’s a wrong thing to do, your brain needs the air flowing in the blood, so that it doesn’t have too little oxygen to be supported by. Just breath as much as you have to, I like taking deep breaths in my push-up sections of workouts before I’m even tired, so I can have backup supply of oxygen until I become exhausted.
I'll just stick to calisthenic compound exercises and eat a keto diet. When a workout is easy to perform i will change its intensity. I workout everyday and never skip even i feel lazy or low confidence sometimes. I was a skinny guy and being called sissy because of my small arms. I'm too afraid to lose now.
bad habit.... hitting the gym the next day after drinking the previous night.... tequila tuesday, thirsty thursday, hangout friday, party saturday, and football sunday, still get to the gym but all the workouts are more like survival lol
I watch these videos to help maintain my motivation to be consistent, they aren’t really telling me anything I didn’t already know, but it’s nice to hear it anyway.
1.) training the same way all the time
2.) overfocus onfavorite stuff
3.) waching but not doing
Thanks!! More like you
Thank you
Love people like you keep it going
I'm not at abs yet, but my bicep veins do get a lot of love.
In my case, the forearm’s.
Abs are overrated anyway
Can we get a picture fit body aesthetic reveal?
No we like the mystery
No thanks.
I feel people would put too much stock into his aesthetics over his actual great advice. Like what happens to health and fitness influencers without godlike genetics.🤔
Why?
it would be shocking if it was Jeff Nippard

You realize it's a 4 minute video, right?
Honestly I love the don't watch do, personally I always go to the gym when I have too, but watching almost only fitness content when im not training REALLY helps for knowledge
Thank you for making a short and to the point video that helps a lot with some valuable information, I’d support you even more if I could.
The girl throwing the books and the cell phone made my day 😂
Thought you quit doing this, good to see more content💪🏾
I’m currently working on how I recover, definitely don’t give myself enough time. Trying to work on it and I’m doing well at the moment, I’ve been resting for 7 years.
Great video after being inspired by your channel I am consistent with my channel

2:05 it’s not just doing your favorite one more it’s also doing your least favorite one less
I just curl a 10 pound till failure once a week.
I curl a 10lb dumbell until success
I prefer 2 lbs
Must be exhausting 😂
How many reps? 1000?
@@fenrirgg Nah I'm too weak for that
I preffer 1lbs
Love your content man😂😂
Truth with some humour in one pot. Very creative, lol.
watching but not doing = low testosterone
Watching what
If only more fitness vids were as short as yours! Concise is Key and King!
solid advice as always! 👍
I fall into habbit 2, i love training my chest, sometimes my whole workout is chest excersises
Ty for the simplicity 😎

Wow you are a strong and handsome dude
Something that may be helpful is put fitness tips in notes to look at when doing workouts
Training the same way can just be translated to switching to a more difficult exercice
I've developed some good calves from cycling and sparring footwork alone but nowadays going with the bike is just a light cardio session for me
Ty 😮❤
I was watching this video and i miss gym but cant do it cause ive just got my tooth extraction yesterday.. God i miss lifting heavy ass weights in the gym
Maaan I'm watching this video at 4am, gimme a break)
I'm watching this while having muscle soreness in my whole body. 😂. . Probably should've done more reps yesterday per set. 😂
Depression is both the reason you start lifting and why you do not.
I started and continued lifting because of heartbreaks, but my depression only got bigger because I'm slowly getting the feeling it's not about big muscles, I need to build an actual personality for social success 😵 Not sure tho, maybe even bigger muscles will do? 😂
I have to bad habits, one: doing too much volume, two: doing less that I should.
My strongest lift is lifting the spoon, I gotta put that on maintenance and work on others.
Cookie curls!
Someone saying excess cardio cannot make your muscles is true ... like i do running daily does it affect me ?
Should you not start your training with the heavy compound stuff vs your weakest lifts?
I think what he's saying is that once you plateau you should switch it up and do weaker first. Maybe those weaker parts are hurting your compound gains.
But if you're still progressing and happy then stick with what you're doing. (And yeah compound first is smart otherwise you're too tired)
Majestic true
Can we change after two weeks
Yow guys I think I just did 10 decline push ups so happy right now but I'm too exhausted and I can feel my chest bro
Trainer Winny x PictureFit when?

my favourite day is leg day
name fits perfectly
Bro def got the discord mod build
I'm a beginner but, I'm not satisfied the same training
I lift until I almost shit my pants, I take creatine (no protein powder, that actually makes me shit my pants), and I eat a lot. Got a new booty in 3 months

I believe Calisthenicmovement channel have a video about exercises for getting stronger tendons, check it out

He's got a couple videos on this channel that might help. Just type in "PictureFit cold showers" and ya should find them.👍
Lowering inflammation is not something you want to do post lifting weights. How much a cold shower lowers inflammation however, eeh...
😂 watching and not going to the gym 😂
#1 genetics

I'm struggling to increase my bench press😢
Try adding a 2.5 lb plate every other time you bench. That will increase it.
ignoring your calves is so true 😭💀
Increasing sets is not a progressive overload !
Yeah it is...
why is it not?
@@SMFizzy cuz you can do one more set without actually progressing. You can do even 50 more.if more set meant more muscle we would all needed 50+ sets per muscle. Also breathing deep into your diaphragm and belly breathing allows you to use the lungs more efficiently

Hardest thing to do is to eat a lot
A lot a lot a lot
The more you eat, the stronger you will get easier said than done
Even more so if you’re poor and have dietary restrictions
Holy cr... Is that an oboe!!!!!!??????
