This is one of my favourites role plays so far. I love that unlike the other ones, we get in the mind of an inexperience negotiator and their paralysis towards objections. Then Chris go ahead and points out the simple parts where listening makes a huge difference. 🔥🔥🔥
Banger! Rodeo videos like this are absolutely priceless. Chris, you mentioned lowering your offer to 35k. Would that reduction have meant giving up some of the benefits from the initial offer, or would you have kept everything the same to make the deal work?
3:03 he’s been trained to handle objections, not have the customer essentially demand to buy your services or products. Conversational selling usually means you don’t even have to ‘close’ in my experience. Which has been good because I don’t close that well Lol. I’m just lucky that for some reason I know how to talk to people and listen.
Can you explain more how is it related from doing the trick with your child who testing boundaries to negotiating this deal. I feel like if I say “go ahead”, they often gone.
It's not so much about a trick, but more about having someone convince themselves about making a decision by highlighting possible outcomes of what might happen and letting them make the final decision.
Before, Ricky Harly upscale the price of the project from 30k - 35k, Chris Do said something "...In an Ideal world what would that look like to you" Referring to the difference between Ricky's budget and Chris's proposed cost. -what does that mean?
I still don't understand, and I know Carlos explained it at the end, but why did he suddenly jump to 35k? I would much appreciate if anyone could break that segment down for me, thanks!
Because, Chris went deeper into asking questions and having a better understanding of what he was looking for. Carlos wanted to work with Chris and wanted to find a way to make it work and not lose the opportunity to work with him.
@@thefutur I think I understand. The fact that Chris kept asking questions to better understant Carlos made him want Chris more, and out of fear of losing Chris he offered to meet him at 35k, am I correct?
I wish these werent so salesy. You can tell each of these role plays are basically similar characters where the result is the same from Chris. I wish they would have a REAL role play to show the REALITY of these pitches. I live this life FOR REAL, with a pretty high success rte, and I can tell you it's not as he portrays. I hope people can see this...
Dear Handsome boy! I hope you respond to my message, if you have some time for me that's valuable for me I have some concerns to clear in my sales life
How can this guy still be talking about the same things after all these years.. Lets see some of those who has taken his advice and became successful... Otherwise he's a scammer selling people dreams...
so if one teaches the same thing, then they are a scammer? so pretty much every university and teacher is a scammer then. Would it help for you to see testimonials Joshua? Or would you doubt that they were real at that point?
In my mind when Chris took the mic, I was like ''Here come the master at play'' 🫡 So it's impatative to pay attention to everything the client will say, which should lead to another question and so on... Like Chris said at the end 'Practice' lots of them

Reduce scope or ask for a different concession.
@@thefutur thanks for the clarification!
I really enjoy these! 🔥
It’s so easy to jump to solutions, but truly understanding a client’s needs and budget can lead to much more effective outcomes.
Yup!

Very helpful video
Glad you think so!
Does 'How To Negotiate' course cover these types of objections?
Yes. And more.

I’m back…no missing Chris Do✨
Welcome back

Another gold mine
My very first thought was “if someone else is making decisions then we need to include him into the conversation.
Yes.

man, if only i can understand how ur mind operates
How much would 10k effect your business? Customer. Oh, you're right. Here is 10 extra k. lmaoo
What do I do when every time I pitch over $1,000 they act like I'm trying to rob them blind 😭😭😭
You're pitching to the wrong customer.
